Tonight at 8:30 i went to DQ in Silvis..when i got to the window a vanilla cone was missing from my $30 order..I reminded the lady at the window and she replied so rudely and inappropriately saying it wasn’t rang up..I brushed it off and told her i am willing to pay..she slammed the window and disappeared for a few minutes another worker came to the window asking what i was waiting for i responded a vanilla cone and she said okay sorry and told the same lady who slammed the window..that lady came back with the worst attitude slide my card and pushed the cone out the window in a hurry (i asked for her name 3 times as she’s sliding my card..no response) so i asked for a manager she replied i am so call corporate and slammed the window..so disappointed i had my niece and nephew with and for her to be so rude over a cone just shows she needs to find a new job! I’ll be contacting corporate! So disappointed!

We placed an order on doordash. It arrived quickly and everything tasted good. Very nice! Unlike the moline location which let our get taken by strangers and refused to remake it.

Food is okay. We dined in & got a small meal with sundaes. We waited for 15 minutes after reminding them of the sundaes & they gave us one that was incorrect flavor. Took my daughter to the restroom to clean up & it was dirty & completely out of toilet paper. I tried to get a workers attention to get more but they were goofing off in the kitchen, I could see them but apparently they couldn't see me. Better off to go to the drive thru & get everything at once & go home.

The bathroom looks like it's never been cleaned the entire time they have been open. The cashier (Leslie) seemed as if we were bothering her. Then we had a spill and even though we told them we had to clean it up ourselves. By the time they came out with a mop they got in our way where we couldn't get to our food. So by the time we did it was cold. Mind you we were the only customers in store at that time.

Nice clean restaurant. Pretty good food. My fries and burgers were not as warm as they could be. I wouldn't say cold but they were not warm either. The original cheeseburger on the menu board shows $2.99 but I was charged $3.49. I'm not upset about it but I wanted to bring it to their attention so I did.
Service was ok, but drive up window is covered, so feels very offish? My fish had brown lettuce on it, and my cheese curds had burnt ones in there, didn't belong of course, some other order. Not very fast either...but at least it was hot!

Ordered ice cream and it was good. Not much to say. Small dipped cone was huge my 7 year old couldn't finish it. Glad we didn't get him a bigger one
