Nothing wrong with the food or the service, but my wife and I both ordered the 7 dollar cheeseburger, fries, soft drink and sm. sundae. We were informed there was a boil order and the soft drink machine couldn't be used. Would we like a bottle of water or upgrade to a slush or shake. We both decided to go with a small shake. A medium soft drink is 2.79 a small shake is 4.29. They charged 3.59 for each shake over and above the 7 dollar price of each meal. 4.29 mins the price of the soft drink 2.79 is 1.50. As far as I'm concerned they overcharged us 2.09 per meal.

First, I am a DQ fan, but on this day, the staff was flummoxed by my order of a carmel and cheesecake blizzard. I was first presented with a fudge carmel cheesecake, and I declined to as I did not order fudge. Besides the window person, two others came to me to confirm what the window person was asked to get for me. It actually had me thinking how I ordered. When I received the one I did order, it was goooood.

Terrible experience, prices are different (higher) at window than on there own website.Owner happened to be there argued there was no website for dairy queen 2263 7th st. silvis, To top it fries were stale,Next time its Wendys here i come!!!

wth is really going on yall? get it together... no one here knows how to take a food order and make a meal to order... every time I come here the person at the counter can't tell their head from their bum... to watch these people struggle in a fast food job shows where training lies... I do not blame the employees just bad

The burger needs to be bigger/thicker. But otherwise, everything was good. Hot crispy fries. And a perfect hot fudge sundae. Thanks!
Food came out quickly and was hot. But the sitting area had many sorry tables and bathroom want clean.

Our food was cold. The cheese for the pretzels just came out of the refrigerator. It should have been warm. French fries and cheese burger were also cold. Sent the burger back took 10 minutes to get a new one. They may have been sort handed. The poor lady trying to take our order was new so our group of 7 with all special orders had her completey confused. She did a great job and kept smiling through all the confusion.

Waited 20+ minutes in line to order, had to ask for the drink with my combo, no fries. DQ used to be a treat, too disappointed to go back. **Update, Management did the usual "sorry your visit was bad, try us again" song & dance. From other reviews, this was not a 1 time occurrence. The food was awful. I am never going back, not with Culver's less than 2 blocks away. They've never let me down. I'd take a star down but what can you do. Our local ice cream is better.
