Horrible service the slowest service I’ve had in my entire life I ordered one medium coffe took 30 minutes just to be made. And on top of all that the drink wasn’t filled all the way and they only have two workers working not enough staff for when the place is busy super disappointed

Very upsetting. I ordered a hot latte coffee with sugar. When I got to work I took a sip and it was pure milk and cream. I poured the coffee out only to find out it was completely white, with no coffee in it. Ridiculous!

So me and my boyfriend went to dunkin in silvis tonight, because i was craving some drink i saw online (a strawberry shortcake coolatta). I order it and the girl says yeah i will make that i will mix some of the stuff in(it was only for the month of feb) first green flag already. We are waiting for a little while but im not in a rush so i was okay with it. The girl comes to the window and is like hey sorry the machine is broken can i get you anything else? I order another drink & then the other girl comes out the window with a whole bag of donuts for us apologizing profusely. She hands me the drink and says taste it first in case its gross😂 it was gross lol. She makes me ANOTHER new drink and offers one for my boyfriend as well. I would just like to say these two ladies working truly went above and beyond and it made my entire night. Girls, if you see this you are truly so kind! 🥰

Dunkin' Donuts is crap I went in there to get my daughter some donuts and to get myself some hot food and they're not doing hot food right now because they're so understaffed. When I worked at Dunkin' Donuts I opened by myself and I still had hot food that place needs to be shut down

Every time I order from this store something is always wrong, the most recent being an order of breakfast wraps I had delivered because I was busy and couldn't go myself. I didn't get a single wrap with bacon like I ordered, I got bite size egg things that look like donuts and taste like they've been out all morning.

I can’t recommend giving money to thieves, so this restaurant is a no from me

Waited 5 minutes for the lady to take our order. Waited another 15 to get the food. Watched three people pull out of the drive thru. To get my order being $23.63 to have cold bagel bites and raw bacon.

The service was slow and rude. They weren’t even busy yet on a Sunday morning. Maybe understand professionalism when you come to work. Don’t rudely tell a customer to use the kiosk when you don’t even have all the donuts on it.

I had un Uber eats order to pick up, and they kept the door locked after seeing me waiting there. Their instructions said not to use drive through, and the cars in the drive through blocked my car in anyway
