I have never posted a review of a restaurant before. That being said, I have no choice but to post one today. Here's the deal. I ordered the Chicken fried steak, which come with homestyle potatoes, 2 eggs, which I ordered over easy, and toast or pancakes. I picked white toast. I also ordered one extra egg. What I got was an unseasoned Chicken fried Steak, three over hard eggs, unseasoned and undercooked potatoes and plain, untoasted white bread. I was also lucky enough to pay $4.00 for the extra egg. If I could, I would have given them a negative star rating. I will never order anything to go from this place again. Absolutely horrible.

This location has a poor dairy section management and sells outdated merchandise. After one complaint to corporate office, they decided to revoke my Fuel Savers catd and account. After 30 years shopping there, I am done! Forever!

Got to Hy vee and called the number for curbside and it was a bad number. Called the store and had to be transferred 2 time before the pickup. The guy brought out my food and didn’t even know where the curbside pick spot 1 was I had to flag him down. I got my food and it was miss fries. Won’t be going back any time soon!

We ordered bacon jalapeño wontons, boneless bbq wings, and salmon rolls. I’ve always gotten the wontons \u0026 loved them, but this time they were served with no garnish and two little packets of maple syrup. The wings weren’t sauced at all and luckily we had the sauce we asked for at home or they would’ve been left plain. Lastly, the salmon rolls were discolored, the avocado was brown, and the package looked like it had been through a car accident. I wasn’t comfortable with the look, smell, and overall condition of the sushi; so it was thrown away. This is the only bad experience I’ve had, and we likely won’t be back.

Waited at the pizza counter, no worker. Workers in the other sections just kept helping others at the adjacent counter that came after me. If there is no one to work there, don’t offer pizza at lunchtime.

I'm tired of Hy-Vee's way of running a store. They hire young people (that's great) but they know nothing. Ask a question and you get another young person (manager) who knows nothing. They will have 6 people in a line and won't open another line, while the head cashier (again young ) walks around looking at the lines while talking to another (young) employee. I found a worm on a bunch of cilantro, so I put it in my cart and gave it to the cashier(thinking I was doing the store a favor). She looked at it and incredibly said, "thank you, do you still want it?" I asked her, " why do you think I pointed it out and gave it to you?" Silence.........."I'm not sure?" Also, why have a happy hour at the bar/deli/restaurant and have NOBODY that is there to wait on you or know how to make a drink? I've sat there for 10-15 minutes and had numerous employees (young again) walk by me on the way to use the restroom, or come out of the deli and see me and NEVER say a word or ask if I need anything. The quality of service here stinks and it starts at the top! Btw- I saw a commercial for Jewel- if there's 3 or more in a line... guess what? They'll open another line! Hy-Vee has extremely high prices but extremely low quality of service.

Service was decent.Asian food was mostly good: orange chicken, Mongolian beef, rice.. noodle side and egg roll were yuck.
