The phone number is not working. Is there a phone number for the business?

Never had I ever heard of chongos until today. The lady gave me a sample of their chongo ice cream and I was in love.

My goodness soooooooooo creamy!!!! And the sweetness was on point! It’s like 6.50 for a small cup but the portions size is quite big.

I also had a bag of house made chips with limón and salsa Valentina. It was all a fun experience, I don’t get to eat Mexican much and these two things I have not had before so it was a great experience all around.

Nom, Nom, Nom. I was so suprised to find our favorite place from Chicago has been here in the Quad Cities for years! My wife loves Esquites (I think its called Elote around here, but Elote is on a stick/on a cob) so instead of me making it all the time, we can stop here on occassion. ;)

I'm there for the ice cream, mind you, and its just delicious. Something about this ice cream just makes me happy - its much more creamy and tasty than Whitey's. You must try some while there, you won't be disappointed.

The drinks - I cannot tell you anything about them. I don't do sweet drinks, nor caffeine, so that pretty much rules out their entire drink menu, BUT THE ICE CREAM. GO FOR THE ICE CREAM.

Food was good like always, however I came at 11 and they opened at 10. And they were already out of strawberry horchata and agua horchata. Also it seemed the staff didn’t know the items we asked for unless we pointed. Even with working at La Michoacana the workers didnt have a clue what the snacks and drinks were called. The food was good just the service was awkward and they seemed to be out of multiple things.

I appreciate that they're trying, but having been to a Michoacána on the West Coast, they have no idea what theyre doing.I've been here twice now and I feel like there's a certain expectation when it comes to Mexican antojitos - papas locas are not walking tacos...raspados are not for drinking. I would have been ok with drinking my jamaica flavored raspado, if the jamaica was good. The staff didn't even know what lechera was ??‍♀️
