Food was great server was awesome despite how busy they were. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the consistency of the kitchen. My husband and I both ordered the same dish the molcajete and it was amazing but they presented it 2 different ways. Also our kids orders came out 5 minutes after ours not a huge deal but typically kids get served first and they ordered basic tacos.

Good food. Its not really big inside. Front door is hard to open. I seen elderly people struggling to open it if they can even get it opened.

Excellent authentic Mexican food. Both locations (Silvis and LeClaire) are excellent. Well worth stopping in. I will return.

I got the potatoes and Chorizo enchilada meal. I was disappointed in them as the chorizo was overcooked and the flour tortilla was not prepared as genuine Mexican enchiladas are made. Also, the enchilada sauce was not anything I am familiar with. It had a very distinct tomatoe taste to it. The tortilla is normally dipped in a sauce made from ancho peppers and quickly fried (before filling with ingredients).I was hungry so I did eat one. The beans and rice were okay but not the best. Our waitress went on a break which she did inform us she was doing and that someone else would check on us...that never happened. As we were there for well over two hours, no one came to refill our water. We had to go to the bar and have them refill our glasses. While my food was disappointing, I'm sure there are other things that are good. Atmosphere was nice but if the service isn't better on a return visit, it will be my last visit. When we got there it was 1 pm and they were not busy.

The few times we've been in there the food and the service is always been good. You just have to go in there in the odd hours so it's not as busy very popular place. Understandable
