“I called in an order for pick up. I tried to explain the the person on the phone what I wanted. I must have screwed ordering it. When I got there. The manager walked in behind me. I explained to the person checking me out that I must not have explained it correctly. Fajabo, come to find out I pronounced it wrong. They gave me a a fajita bowl. The manager went back and told the chefs that I wanted a Fajabo and within a couple mins he came out with it. He only charged me for the Fajabo and gave me the other one for free. I explained that I was the screwed up and he said it was not a problem. Love this place!! That is great customer service!! By the way the food was AMAZING!!! COULDNT BE MORE HAPPY!!!“

“Let’s just start with How beautiful this building is, the artwork inside is amazing and it definitely sets the mood. The patio is nice, clean, and free of bugs (I went during the evening). We ordered a picture of margaritas but were only $25 for 60 ounces which seemed like a very fair deal to me considering how delicious they were. Next, I have to say that the food was phenomenal. We were even greeted by the chef, Not once but twice. The first time he came out he went over the specials with me, and the second time he came out to make sure that my food was good not only did you do that for me but I watched him do that for almost everyone in the restaurant. I will 100% come back“

“All I’m going to say is WOW. I wish I could rate them a million stars lol I first had their food at the cinco de mayo festival and was obsessed since then. I was finally in the area again and went to their actual restaurant to get more of their food. There was a little mix up where we got charge for a second meal on accident so they offered to refund us and the girl was so apologetic. But the way I look at it is I got lucky lol i was able to have extra for later that day for dinner instead. Definitely amazing customer service and the food is literally top notch. I cannot wait to go back and get more. Hopefully soon. But I HIGHLY recommend them.“

The meal was authentic and so was everyone there. We thought we had found the best Mexican yet, honestly. Each of us felt we got a good deal of food and a good deal on the food, not to mention very tasty with great sauces, too. Highly recommended! “We had La Flama on Wheels for a birthday party and it was well worth the money! The service was amazing and the food was so good! Everyone really enjoyed the food. Most people had more than one helping. All the kids loved seeing the truck and thought it was super cool. The staff was supportive and incredibly accommodating. “I was excited that this location was back open, but it's not the same. it's clear the new owner is cutting costs. it tasted terrible once I actually got what I ordered. if you want decent Rudy's stick with the other locations cause this one stinks now. also beware of pricing...there is a sign on door "prices subject to change" and the prices on the menu are not what they charge. Apparently they wake up and just decide what to charge every day. lol“

I got up to use the restroom and the little handicapped girl reached out to take our drinks. I have nothing against under privileged people working. I want to know why the 2 waitresses let this happen? If there is a next time, we'll be sitting at a table as far from the counter as we can possibly get!“

Today i received amazing customer service from the man and woman at the front of house today they were very patient with all of my questions and helpful in helping me decide what to try, again with comparison to the “competition” we settled on the burrito because the gentleman guaranteed I’d like it more here, and he was not wrong it was genuinely a 9/10 for me i hate burritos usually but again I'm trying to step out of my comfort zone and try things again to expand my food horizons. I’m half Hispanic so I’m usually hitting the local spots that are small but i will definitely be back here in the future because of the quality and customer service! Also the carbonation on that soda machine is crazy amazing honestly had a pretty “spicy” or “electric” coke there today dang near or if i dare say actually better than a McDonalds one ! 10/10 from a new customer thank you Pancheros!“

They brought out the food, right after that the management came out to tell the beans have onion in it and changed the beans for extra rice. Now to me that is awesome.
