I came there the last 3 times and they said they couldn’t take my order, yes it was 10:50 but, when I worked in fast food we took orders UNTILL it was CLOSING terrible service very rude.

The pretzel and slushy was good but I was still hungry (this was my 1st time there) so we went back and ordered a breakfast burrito. It was so oily and runny, I couldn't eat it. I love breakfast burritos, so I was highly disappointed. I had the opportunity to go back to eat there yesterday, but I declined. It was too expensive for a do-over. Maybe I'll try again, after I get more money. I had such high hopes after seeing commercials for the 50 years of my life.

Slowest drive through ever. I just went today and asked for packets of mayo the employee said ok and just never came back to the window. I knocked on the window and he ignored me until finally someone else asked me what i wanted. Customer service sucks. Its the only place near my work but I'm not coming here anymore.

Had a DoorDash order from them. It was literally ONLY 2 shakes & they did even put the extra stuff i ordered & paid for on my shakes no whipped cream, no caramel ect. I was kinda disappointed.

Sonic is my favorite but this location is terrible!! Specifically asked no onions on the app order as i am allergic to onions, received extra onions with my order. They got the drinks wrong. Just terrible staff and not a good location.

I went there today to try their new caramel toffee iced coffee, which i paid $3 for on top of my food, and i was just not given it.
Another time i went recently my friend and I both ordered large shakes and were not given them. When we asked about it, we were then told they couldn’t make any shakes right now, which I would’ve understood but we were unable to get a refund. Instead we were given a coupon that was not worth the price of the two large shakes I paid for.
I really love Sonic’s food and would come here all the time but im not sure I can anymore because lately I’ve just been feeling really scammed.
