Customer service is not good. Lemon slushy tasted like water. Went back and asked for flavored, and they said that's how it was supposed to be.... not friendly worker or manager.

I waited 12 minutes at stall 5, only to be told twice to "wait a sec." Even after two other cars arrived and ordered, I still hadn't been served. I finally called the 866 number out of frustration. I would not recommend this place.

Not very customer service friendly. I have been there several times because my family likes their food, but the staff is not very friendly and the only thing they will say when you come up to the window to pay is our total and just hand us our food. Sometimes we have to wait for a while to get our food. Several times we were there at night time and they had little kids behind the counter.

Just wanted two drinks, tots and pickle fries. Waited over 20 minutes, just to get our order taken and receive our food. Come to find out that we got things we did not order, and paid for we didn’t even ask for. I would rather drink 20 minutes going to a different sonic. Not wasting my time and money for things i didn’t even want.
