Every time we walk in the door we are always greeted with a friendly staff, beer is ice cold, food is always good! Can’t say anything bad about this place!

My fiancé and I ordered a pizza, etc. and something happened where it was delayed quite passed the eta. They sounded quite busy on the phone, but they made it right, delivered it and didn’t charge us for the entire order! Very good pizza too.

We love Rambos and the pizza - we always have great service except for this Friday - 65 minutes for a pizza - we almost walked out - thank goodness for the appetizers - Common Rambos - you can do better ! - We will be back, the pizza is that good and the owner is a nice guy - but that was not good experience.

We’ve been loyal customers to Rambos/Miltys for a few years now and had no complaints until last week when our order was incorrect due to negligence on the staff that worked that night taking our order. Normally we wouldn’t make a fuss out of it, but when we had our order delivered and noticed the mistake we called back to see if it could be straightened out but we were instead greeted with a employee that seemed to have had a problem with the fact that we were calling for a replacement pizza. We were told that it was “our fault for not detailing our order better” and that we “were lying about the order”. After we were hung up on we called back again to speak to what we thought was a manager. We explained what the situation was and what had occurred in our previous phone conversation to which we were told that that type of behavior was not acceptable and that the appropriate measures would be handled.We weren’t looking for anyone to be fired or any other harsh actions to take place. We just wanted our order replaced to our satisfaction.We were also told that our order would be compensated due to the whole mix up and bad behavior from their employee.One week later and no compensated order and nothing was ever replaced.Needless to say we won’t be ordering from Rambos/Miltys anymore which is a bummer because their food is great and the prices are reasonable, but good service and keeping your word goes a long way for us.Leez in Somonauk will be getting our business from now onwards.
