We were informed that they had just sold the building and were leaving. So maybe they just stopped caring. Noticed a lot of locals at the and the atmosphere seemed like it was nice and maybe we just came at the wrong time. The lasagna was crunchy. Either over cooked or under.

Food sucks, over priced and the owner is rude. Hours are random..on a Saturday night they are done serving food at 8pm? And the owner was flashing the lights at 830..bye..we won't be back and we won't miss you

worse experience ever! French onion soup was cold and had raw onions. Main entree was also cold and undercooked. Had to ask twice for a manager. When they did come to the table they were rude and very unprofessional. She said I'm too busy to deal with this! The older experienced employees were very rude. The two younger employees handled themselves well and treated us with respect.I wouldn't recommend going there if you're looking for someplace new!

-23 if it was possible....PLEASE SEE OTHER REVIEWS LEFT WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCES WITH SERVICE AND MANAGER ISSUES..... Raw onions if the fridged French onion soup, bacon on my potatoes was straight out of the fridge . Food was so cold that the cheese did not melt .. asked multiple times for the manager but she was too busy cooking ... Or trying to figure out how to use the microwave... My boyfriend wanted to leave our food there and go home but I wanted to at least tip the waitress and pay for the 4 drinks and appetizers that we did eat .. the owner charged 4 different prices for 4 old fashioneds... Trying to hike up the cost of what I was willing to pay for...the most frustrating part was the so called manager who hid in the kitchen "cooking". Then waitress Nikki Gunn who was not even involved with our table posted the following comment on one of my posts that had absolutely nothing to do with my terrible dinner! She says my boyfriend left me there because he was embarrassed.. no he was not willing to wait a half hour to talk to someone about our still frozen inside steaks... By the time he got there our food at least warmed up to room temp... After I pointed out that my 4 old fashioneds were all different prices he told me to give him 40.00 and get out... So with the 40.00 we tipped the very sweet young waitress (NOT NIKKI GUNN!) We spent 80.00 for a meal that we left sitting on the table for the next guests...the health department should pay a visit.

Me and my husband are visiting from NJ and came across this establishment so glad we did.. from walking in we were greeted by Taylor with a smile and greeting which was super inviting. Good atmosphere, nice decor. Taylor was an absolute delight with his service and conversation were 100% -Food was fresh, delicious and amazing we had cheese curd, stuffed crab mushrooms we had lobster brusque and clam chowder, we had truffle ravioli stuffed with mushrooms and tequila lime pasta 5 out of 5. If you’re in town stop in and visit this location.
On Friday Dec 8, 2023, my husband, my mother-in-law, and I went to Artisan for dinner, and with of 15 seconds of being seated in a booth, a metal wall hanging fell off the wall and hit, my husband on the head. I reported the incident to one of the owners. While my husband was not injured, the owner was indifferent upon hearing what had happened, and stated "the booth was pushed too close to the wall". I left my contact information with the owner, in case something might affect my husband later in the evening (he is 72 yrs old). Nobody from the restaurant came back to the table to check to see if he was doing okay, nobody called the next day to see if he was okay. In my book, that's just plain rude and thoughtless! Oh, and the service there isn't that great, especially the bar service. The food is okay, but nothing to write home about.
