It was mostly awful. The Pho is flavorless! All of the Pho Ive ever had was full of flavor and spices. I dont even think it was salted. I called to tell them my Pho was supposed to be rare beef, not well done. She said she put the raw beef in the cup andvpoured boiling water over it. Thats exactly what it tadted like. I was told I can call to get a replacement. I said I'd like it replaced and was hu on. The only good thing out of a large order was the bread for the bahn mi. It was delicious. I wonder if they make it or buy it. The bread and veggies on the sandwich were so good. The meat was mostly fat and gristle. My husband went to pick it up and said the service was terrible too. He was ignored in an empty restaurant for 20 minutes. He kept checking his watch. I'm sad because they're a family place and they're so close. I see good reviews for them. I just don't know.

Preorder went to pick it up waited around no one was around. I finally rang bell, you g woman came out I asked about the order and she huffed at me threw her hands up and walked away. Now, no answer and still waiting with no help. Few more minutes pass she comes out and tells me 10 more minutes! I was there for over 20 minutes waiting on a preorder. Staff member was very rude.

I’ve been to this place plenty of times, the food is good. But service really needs improvements. We went there yesterday and it felt like we were seated and forgot about so we got up and left. We was the only customers there. The girl who sat us down had such an unfriendly face we even felt awkward.

One of the waiter said she knows English, we asked for water room temperature and she doesn't even know what that is. We then ordered 4 bowls of pho, and she only took two orders. The restaurant is so dead and their service sucks so bad, I have to give them only two stars.
