The worst McDonald's in the country. SLOW never get orders correctly. food is terrible undercooked or overcooked but never right. Stay far away from this MCD. go to beloit , roscoe or rockton location. Elevator road is the best.

Both locations ice cream machines out of order...not recommended. Also both locations 5-10 minute wait just to find out in drive thru the machines did not work.

Whoever you have working there in the evenings. Either get her some help or get rid of her. She can’t handle more than one car at a time. Every time I pull up it’s “oh sorry it’s going to be a couple minutes.” This time I waited 10 minutes and she still didn’t take my order. I leave early for work to try and get some food beforehand and half the time I don’t get it because she’s so slow.

If this place could get negative stars it would be minus 5 star. The best thing that could happen for this location is to be closed down. Extremely dirty, rude staff, wait forever and then once you get your order it’s wrong. Never had an experience at a McDonalds that ever came close to how bad this place is.

Great place!

We came to McDonald’s late at night right before closing without realizing, and the employee with dreads still helped us out and was super friendly. Amazing service!

Ordered 4 different types of burgers plain. Every single one came with onions on them. Based on the lukewarm temperature of the food, it was as if the burgers were prepared with onions before we ordered and were given what had already been assembled. Bathrooms were not particularly clean. Was overall a disappointing stop.

It seemed like I waited 10 mins for someone to come to the window so I could pay. Then when we get home they didn’t even give us all the food we ordered. I called them and was told “next time” you come here just mention it? Umm does this happen often or something? Yeah I won’t be back so you can screw up the order again

This McDonald's is very clean and the staff is friendly and well groomed. Order was exact, precisely made and just what you expect McDonald's to taste like. No let downs here!

I ordered double cheeseburger and 6 nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. They didn’t gave me sauce, they only gave me 5 nuggets and the cheese burger was cold. And also service was long
