What are joke! Stopped to get breakfast and nobody is even working. Great way to do business and I won't be coming here again

Second time now that we've gone and they are out of everything we wanted (including soda) or the food is cold and gross. Never again.

The Golden Arches of Disappointment
If you’re looking for a place to ruin your appetite, question your life choices, and develop a newfound appreciation for home-cooked meals, look no further than our local McDonald’s. The Bucciffero family has braved these golden arches more times than we care to admit, and each visit is a new episode in the ongoing horror series we call “Fast Food Fiasco.”

The Fragrance: Eau de Regret
Imagine walking into a place where the air is thick with the unmistakable aroma of… public restroom. Every time we step inside, we’re greeted by a scent that can only be described as “Eau de Waste Bin.” It’s like the cleaning crew quit in 1997 and never looked back.

The Food: Cold, Questionable, and Possibly Alive
The fries are so cold you could use them as ice packs.

The burgers look like they’ve been through a tough negotiation with the microwave and lost.

Chicken nuggets? Let’s just say we’ve seen more appetizing things in the bottom of our shoe.

The Horror Stories Are True
We’ve all heard the tales: “Don’t eat there, I found something weird in my McChicken!” or “My soda tasted like mop water!” At first, we thought these were urban legends. Now, after multiple visits, we’re convinced they’re documentaries.

The staff is not friendly at all!!! Make mistakes on warrants! You have to wait 20+ minutes for 2 burgers! I don't recommend it to anyone !!

Why are your lights on? Why is the drive-through menu lit up? If you are not open.

Close to 6 p.m. hungry I need something. You can't take cash at the registers cuz they close the registers. told to use the kiosk. Try to put my code in the kiosk the thing don't work I asked for help twice waited tried it again ... basically was ignored so I walked out. I'll never go back. Monday through Friday I drive through here. I enjoy McDonald's .. just's not your location. I'm pretty sure you're in charge of the bathrooms too you should probably wipe the toilets down and not just sweep. Bad service

Food always tastes hours old. Chicken is very chewy like rubber. Better off going to Roscoe or Beloit Mcdonalds. Maybe it's gross because it's ran by a franchisee? Once a year I'll try this place and I'm always reminded why it's better to take the extra few minutes to drive to a better Mcdonalds or place to get food. 🤢

Sat in the drive-through for over 10 minutes I said hello she says I’ll be with you when I can wait another 10 minutes just for her to say she was backed up in the lobby and she would get to me when she can know that’s not how you run a fast food joints, her and one other person were working That McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s in Beloit
