I was in the drive thru not even 5 minutes ago and the employee working the window was taking a personal call. Didn’t talk to me at all when ordering, i just had to guess she got my order in when i pulled up. She says the total to me and then slams the window right away talking to her friend “no girl what happened!?” I get it. I’m in customer service too but at some point you have to have respect for the company and yourself and get off your phone and maybe possibly do your job? Just a suggestion.

Terrible service bunch of workers standing around and won't take your order. Front door dirty as he'll can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Go across the street way cleaner and better food.

$8 for a cold medium fries and 4 chicken nuggets. No thanks. When the drive through window opened all I could smell was the smell of old fryer oil.

My food was provided in a bag smeared with sauce and grease. More sauce in the sandwich wrapper then on the sandwich. Made it nearly impossible to eat. There was no napkin in the bag. Just a generally negative McDonald’s experience.

I placed an order at the drive through. The girl on the speaker was noticeably frustrated with me. She could not figure out my order. When I got up to the window, once she gave me my food. I said thank you. She turned around and walked away. Once I got home, my soda was 3/4 full. It was so watered down it was terrible. Also found a hair at the bottom of my fries. Will never go her again.🤢😳😡

I always do curbside. They are always kind and fast. They must have had a management change in the last few years. Doing a great job. Can't speak for the night shift.

Worst experience in a McDonald's. No one at the counter. Sign said use kiosk. Pur in order. Waited 10min. My order # never showed up on the screen. Ask the lady who was serving drive through. She said someone would be right with me...stick no one came. Lef5 without my food. Place was dirty. Flies everywhere. Close this place down

Took over 30 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and two large fries. Saw an employee on her phone not doing anything, would not recommend going there.

It was my first time using the self serve app. Confusing and no one came out to help. I didn't like the new way of service, no customer service, I was ignore. The manager didn't come out. I waited about 10 mins. I was beginning to think my order didn't go thru. But I got my order, finally.
