Nora’s Place in South Beloit is a gem of a diner that delivers on quality, cleanliness, and value. The casual ambiance is inviting, and the very clean environment added to the overall positive experience. Service was impressively quick—my server took my order within minutes, and the food arrived in just 10 minutes. I ordered the French Dip with fries, and it didn’t disappoint. The roast beef was tender and flavorful, and the au jus was perfectly seasoned for dipping. While battered fries aren’t my favorite style, they were decent and complemented the meal well. This spot offers great food at a great price, making it a solid choice for anyone in the area. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

A fantastic breakfast spot - cozy atmosphere and a friendly wait staff. Quick service on a Sunday and they were by 4 times to refill coffee which was most appreciated. Decent menu - recommend any of the skillets - the country fried steak skillet was awesome and a lot of food for the money. Highly recommend!
