sold me a uncooked pizza, then refused to answer the phone. the next day they refused to answer still so ill never come back here

3 1/2 Stars you've got to be kidding. Crust undercooked and 2 inches wide before paper thin cheese and virtually tasteless toppings started. I had Papa John's Pizza years ago and it was good, never again. It shocks me that these places can stay in business why would anyone ever go back. My Red Baron pizzas are absolutely delicious compared to a Papa John's nothing.

Placed an order before midnight knowing the store doesnt close until 1am, should have been more than enough time to get my food. Well I guess I was wrong and Im not sure if I have papa johns or doordash to blame. I certainly didnt expect placing an order to papa johns through their app just to get paired with doordash, which assigned me a driver who mustve decided not to take the delivery. The papa johns app doesnt have a way to reach support about your order or simply cancel the order either so Im really happy I decided to pay with cash or theres a good chance I wouldve paid for food that never arrived.
*My order was cancelled on its own once the estimated delivery time said 2am, the order isnt even in the app anymore*
Dont think I'll be making the mistake of ordering delivery from here again since they apparently dont have many dedicated drivers and rely on doordash.

If I could give negative stars I would. Not only did the general manager mess up my order, but someone else's as well. The names are on the boxes, all you have to do is read to make sure they match up! Clearly that's a bit much for this GM. I called and told them, they messed up and if they could bring me my cheesesticks that I ordered, and take back this order that isn't mine. They told me I could come pick up my cheesesticks and they'll provide a product guarantee. I said I already drove there once, and they messed up. Not gonna waste my time and gas cause they messed up. They wouldn't send a driver a mile away to correct the problem. Instead was rude and ignorant on the phone. I was just told by a higher up person that they can not refund me my money for the cheesesticks as the computer won't allow her to. Said they can give me a credit. Yeah, I refuse to eat at this location ever again. They wanna charge $6 for a delivery fee, and none of it goes to the driver. So that's why I did a pick up order. By looking at the other reviews I'm shocked they are still open!

The 2 girls that are working today feel it's best to play on there phones and wait to start the order when the person arrives to pick up the order.

This is how my pizza looked and didn't want to give me money back. manger hung up on me . Offered me free pizza, which was already paid for. No money back, uncouth management. This place will be closing soon. They blocked my number...great cos they don't give a turkey..that's me being nice...
I will never order another pizza or anything from them again. They want to close down, let's help meet that goal.

Ordered a philly cheese steak pizza, hardly any cheese, only a few pieces of meat and not many peppers as well. I will NEVER order from them again, ever.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Papa John’s. I placed a large order totaling nearly $500 the day before and was told I would receive a confirmation call in the morning. That call never came, so I had to follow up myself. When I did, the girl who claimed to be a manager had no idea about my order, said the time I requested wouldn’t work, and didn’t even bother to apologize—then hung up on me!

Shortly after, another woman called back, claiming to be the area manager. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, she just made excuses, insisting she had listened to the call and that I gave the wrong time. At no point did anyone acknowledge their lack of communication or attempt to make things right.

To try to speed things up, I even offered to pick up the order myself instead of having it delivered, but that didn’t seem to matter. I also asked for a receipt to be emailed to me, and instead of doing that, she said the delivery driver would bring it.

This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I won’t be ordering from Papa John’s again.

Some of the tasteless pizza I have ever tasted; hardly any sauce or ingredients on it. I won't buy again. Service is fine if they have more than ONE person working. They operate constantly with a skeleton crew.

Will never order from here again, ordered through THEIR app just to have DoorDash deliver it, waited over an hour for it. Just to get delivered cold, the pops were wrong and when we called papa John’s had to jump through hoops just to get an actual person on the phone just to get told to call DoorDash for DoorDash to tell us since we paid with cash we couldn’t get a refund. I’m absolutely disappointed with how this place has turned out over the years we’ve been ordering from here.

The restaurant's pizza was the worst I've ever had. Not only did they forget to deliver my wings with my pizza, but when I called to inquire about it, the employees were laughing and hung up on me. I called five times and they did the same thing each time. This level of rudeness from both a boy named Michael and a girl is completely unacceptable. Even the driver was the worst I've ever encountered. I told him before he left, but he ignored me. This kind of disrespect towards customers is completely unacceptable.
