I was there today at 230 my fries looked and tasted gross they looked like they had been sitting out seance earlier this morning my burger was dry and cold

Stopped in for lunch fries were cold no salt on them I asked at the counter they said they don't have any salt so my compadre told her to dump some from the salt shaker and give it to me 😄 I asked for mayo and they didn't have any of that either but somehow my cheeseburger had mayo on it SMH. Service here is substandard at best never stopping here again, train your people to do better

This Wendy’s specifically has amazing staff and a very well organized, professional, and knowledgeable manager. If you ever want to come to eat, hang out, or just pick up food, it is a great spot to be! Inside is also very clean and comfortable.

Why why why, everytime I order either the drive thru or go in my order is wrong. Either the hamburgers aren't plain cheese or missing 4 piece nugget. I usually check and figured they didn't mess up burgers so everything is good. Well get home kissing nuggets this time, ridiculous when a kid was waiting on them. I'm starting to think they do this stuff on purpose the last nuggets were supposed to be a 4 piece and had 2 in them now come on someone knows better I'm thinking they just didn't want to fry any new ones up.

Two pieces of bacon on a baconator... Biggy bag missing chicken nuggets
Asked for a baconator, got an old Dave's double instead, along with cold fries. Then they mistakenly heard frosty when I said coke. It's one of the reasons we don't get fast good anymore honestly.
