ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went through the drive-thru and ordered several meals that included a total of 3 fries. When I received my order, I noticed that 1 fry and sauce were missing, so I drove back around to the window.
At the window, I was helped by a young male employee and a female employee with blonde hair. The male employee told me that I needed to check my bag before coming back and insisted that all 3 fries were in the bag. I explained multiple times that they Were Not & asked him to please look. He snapped back at me & said that the fry was “at the bottom of the bag.”
Assuming I may have missed it, I left. However, when I got home, I confirmed that there were only 2 fries. What the employees had counted as a 3rd Fry was actually the chicken nuggets, which were in the same container as one of the fries from my biggie bag meal.
I then called the restaurant to explain the situation & asked to speak with a manager. I was told there was no manager available. As I tried to calmly explain that what they saw were chicken nuggets,not an extra fry,the female employee said yeah ok whatever & hung up on me.
I am disappointed not only that my order was incorrect, but More So by the poor customer service and dismissive attitude I experienced when trying to resolve a simple issue. Oh, and the kid Absolutely Refused to give me more than ONE BBQ Sauce like it was coming out of his paycheck! I even offered to pay for it and he’s like nope, per policy I can’t. Like Seriously!

My burger looked like it had sat there for a very long time , not made fresh like usual , fries had a soggy , disgusting taste , threw them out. The girl at the window was rude , she acted like you were bothering her .I dont know what happened to this place , but this night crew needs to find new place to work , you are giving this Wendy's a bad name . Never again.

This wendys location has been a comforting reminder of home for the last ten years. It was the place to go with your friends after school and grab a bite to eat. I stopped by last night 12/5/25 around 11:30 pm and even though it was late the food was hot, fresh, and ready. I haven't been in such a long time and they surprised me by putting in their recommendations of new sauces in the bag and all of them were great.

Normally I don’t have any problems with this location. But today I did. I told the person in drive thru that I had an online order and my name and I had to repeat myself 3 times and she still didn’t want to listen and kept telling me that I couldn’t order lunch yet and I wasn’t I was ordering breakfast. I don’t know her name but she has a heavy Spanish accent. I had to reorder my food. I hope the owners see this review and get this problem resolved

Missing half the order, cold stale fries, burgers are smashed flat. Disgusting I may as well eat from the dumpster! Tried contacting them but it’s impossible. I haven’t had a good experience here in over 10 years. How difficult is it to get an order right, or serve fresh food as advertised. I waited almost 20 minutes too and the food was cold, so what was I waiting for?!

Stopped in for lunch fries were cold no salt on them I asked at the counter they said they don't have any salt so my compadre told her to dump some from the salt shaker and give it to me 😄 I asked for mayo and they didn't have any of that either but somehow my cheeseburger had mayo on it SMH. Service here is substandard at best never stopping here again, train your people to do better
