The owner is a really good dude. He loves his customers and what he does. Hands down the best Sharks restaurant in the area. He keeps he’s restaurant very clean and welcoming

Their wings and tenders are the best in Chicago heights and the Fillet is also juicy. Perfect in foods and as well as in service. Sam is one of the best guys when it comes to greeting customers and serving them.
Must try as this is under new management

I know most of these places are franchise but this one is by far the worst. I hate running into the cook or who I think is the owner at save-a lot buying the chicken. Ran into him several times. The don’t have lids for the sauce the plastic bags are from a grocery store, no sweets in the fridge (actually it has nothing at all) This franchise does not abide by the rules and regulations.

The chicken was overcooked and the fries were undercooked. I think the young man cooking was trying to hurry up with people's orders but not really paying attention to if it was actually cooked or not. Unfortunately I don't think I will be back and I cannot recommend this place.

They have started using very small chicken wings. The place is more expensive than other chicken places. They give enough sauce and they cook it well. But they lost stars for using small wings now.

I've only been here twice and both times was horrible. I went back the second because I didn't feel like going far to the other one after work, but next time I'll go the extra couple of miles. #1, their prices are higher than the other Sharks. #2 the chicken was burnt cooked in burnt grease. #3 they're stingy with the sauce and seasoning and I asked for extra...I'd hate to see what you'll get with regular seasoning and sauce?! #4 Where's the bread ??‍♀️, the other places give you 2 pieces ?!
