I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes why was 4 workers standing around my onion rings were salty and cold along with my whopper. I should asked for a refund.

I don't go there often because this issue original chicken sandwich three pieces of lettuce on one side smothered in mayonnaise totally inedible french fries tasted like they were made this morning and my purchase was 9:30 at night
So much difference, came here 2 years ago the place was very different . The food was delicious.

I came into this Burger King hoping for a decent meal, but what I walked into was a complete mess. Right away, I noticed only one young female staff member doing everything taking orders, running food, and working the counter while a group of male coworkers, including the manager Jose, were standing off to the side joking around and doing absolutely nothing.
To make things worse, there was a very strong smell of marijuana coming from the manager, which made the whole place feel even more unprofessional. Jose’s behavior was not only lazy but straight-up inappropriate. He made rude, sexist comments within earshot of customers and even threw in a few clearly homophobic remarks. Completely unacceptable especially coming from someone in a leadership position.
This location needs serious attention and a change in management. I don’t usually leave reviews, but no employee should be treated the way that one hardworking girl was being treated, and no customer should have to walk into a place that feels more like a frat house than a fast food restaurant. Do better.

I was gone give five stars all the way unto ERICA on first shift ruined it it was the young staff for me very polite and patient clean and well organized customer friendly Erica on another hand thinks it’s ok to speak rude and pick customer food to show what size to another customer and throw it back with other food that has been prepared and think that’s ok cross contamination at finest lady couldn’t come to window because of gloves but u without can pick people food up and throw it back down no maam

I was waiting 25mins in line, they give me my food was the wrong order so i went back in to get the real food i ordered. when they were making my order, This kid ran the same food that i had my work heads on and give it to the people that were waiting on there food.I would go here unless you want to get other people germs. Food and health violation forsure.

So slow. Went through the drive thru and waited the longest time. Just wanted something quick, but instead, I was in line over 10 minutes. Bad enough once you're in line, you can't back out and leave (worst type of drive thru)

I have no recollection of visiting any Burger King, in the last decade, as I have Celiac Disease, and can no longer eat out anywhere. I must have been at a nearby location, or sitting at a RED light, too long. I was not here. I gave it 3 ☆, because it's neutral. I can't judge a place I wasn't at... 🤷♂️
