So slow. Went through the drive thru and waited the longest time. Just wanted something quick, but instead, I was in line over 10 minutes. Bad enough once you're in line, you can't back out and leave (worst type of drive thru)

I have no recollection of visiting any Burger King, in the last decade, as I have Celiac Disease, and can no longer eat out anywhere. I must have been at a nearby location, or sitting at a RED light, too long. I was not here. I gave it 3 ☆, because it's neutral. I can't judge a place I wasn't at... 🤷♂️

There's a manager there, a Mexican woman, who seems to not have any customer service at all!! There have been two different times where she has been nothing but rude and VERY unprofessional! The first time she was being a smart mouth and instead of helping us, she was too busy paying attention to her son who was running around and jumping all over the place. My husband had to snap at her for having her attitude with us for no reason, all we did was ask her a question about the meals. Then she decided to be even pettier by making sure everyone else got their meals first before giving us ours, the second time, she decided to not look me in my face while taking my order. Her son, once again, was running around the building like it was daycare, then she pulled the same stunt with our food, but I guess wanted to add some spice to it this time, because she didn't ask the gentleman for his receipt and gave him an extra bag of food. But when she got to us, she immediately asked me for the receipt even though she just gave this man an extra bag that even HE didn't know about. This manager has no customer service at all, she's too busy using the restaurant as a daycare and wanting to catch an attitude with customers if you ask her anything. Her son has his feet up on the tables and is always sitting there calling her, loudly mind you. She either needs to get fired or get retrained because she is just rude and very VERY unprofessional!!

This Burger King is fantastic. The dining area as well as the food prep area was very clean. The worker were all hustling and looking very efficient. All the staff had a clean very nice appearance and appeared to have positive attitudes. The girl at the counter I believe was a shift manager. Her name was Noely. She was absolutely great. Her service, her attitude, her smile were all 5 star. She absolutely cares about her work and it shows. Great job Noely and all the staff. Congratulations to the store managers for putting together a great staff and running a great Burger King. Keep it up.

Very poor customer service the general manager Jose has no people skill or customer service. I was in there for lunch. I went to the outside pop machine for zero sugar soda. It was out. I asked the lady behind the counter to give me one from behind the counter as I drink it, I noticed it it also was out. It tasted funny. He came to the front and told me you need to try another flavor and ask me the situation and speak to me nothing he approached me very aggressively. do not go there the customer service is poor for him to be the general manager. He do not know how to talk to people. They also gave me cold food. I asked him to remake my food, the lady in a snag my food around as she was trying to make it, I did tell him I wanted a refund
Did not get any item on my order right. Just wanted two whopper meals with onion rings and two dr peppers. Every item was wrong. Didn't give a recipt either. This is truly and utterly embarassing. Everyone in that location should be fired.

I ordered the fiery crispy wraps got charged for them and received chicken nuggets in a wrap. I was at work and too far away to exchange them. I tried calling several times and no one would pick up. I will never go back here
