Placed an order online for 6 pizzas. I went to pick them up and showed my receipt from my phone, cashier says never received order. I never had this problem before. Everything was paid for and the cashier says they had this problem before with the Domino’s App. I had to re order and pay in store. Still waiting for my Refund.

Had an order and the incompetent driver couldn’t find the address while he laughed about it on the phone with me. Manager Scott was of no help at all and should be fired for extremely poor customer service. Will be reporting to corporate. Will NEVER order from here again.

Went in to order my grandson and pizza and the smell threw me off first but I understand sometimes the sewer can mess up so I went on in and saw a worker getting whatever from under his nails and on his phone just rolling the stuff around in his fingers right on the area they make the food so I politely left! Just nasty

False advertisers. I went on the app already expecting to pay well over $10. But they had offered me a free emergency pizza… In which I I obviously accepted. Because I knew I was getting a good discount, I proactively ordered loaded tater tots in which I would never do… With that, the five dollar delivery charge, and a decent tip My total came to just under $17… But somehow the app denied me delivery because my order was not over “$10”…. Sorry I will not continue through your menu all because I wanted a pizza… You probably shouldn’t offered anything at all if it’s gonna come down to pettiness… just lost a customer for life

This employee stayed on her cellphone thee entire time I was in the restaurant. Didn’t budge to greet, say hello, I’ll be right with you. So entertained with her call phone she didn’t even hear her coworker CONSTANTLY call her name to make another pizza I ordered. WHY even allow your workers to sit, laugh and talk on the phone OVER FOOD WE ORDER TO EAT

This is my 3 rd horrible experience with this franchise. First time they took forever with my food and when I called the young man on the phone was very unprofessional. The second time they delivered the wrong pizza and then asked did I just want to keep the pizza I had or did I want what I ordered. Like wow I want what I ordered. Today it took almost 2 hrs to get my food. Which was 1 pizza a salad and brownies.I called the store the young lady picked up never said hello and after about 15 seconds she said hold on and never came back after 10 minutes. Customer service is horrible here.
