I live literally across the street from the Dozelis* in South Chicago Heights and I will never go there due to the fact they have such HORRIBLE attitudeS AND ARE AS RUDE AS CAN BE! . Instead, I choose to go to the one on Joe. Or road in Chicago Heights because George and his whole crew are entirely AMAZING people! nd they make you want to come back over and over just because of their whole spirit and energy. They are the nicest people. You can come across, especially in the service...

This is authentic Chicago style pizza, and not the deep dish touristy stuff this was thin crust tavern style Chicago pizza. The whole neighborhood should know this place. I got the supreme and you could tell they care about the quality of the food and presentation. Great find.

If your looking for a solid pizza night choice near HF this is the place. Ever since Mama and Me closed in downtown Homewood we’ve been on the hunt for a solid substitute. Buttery crisp thin crust? They got it! I haven’t tried all locations but the Chicago Heights one next to Zarlengis is solid. You can’t go wrong.
