Harold's Great Chicken & Fish

I've gone a few times to this location and it always takes over 30min to get food. Today to top it off apperently this location does not fry chicken anymore such a shame.

Because of my health, I cant eat fried food anymore. Not many other restaurants offer grilled, let alone the entire menu. However, the place doesn't look open. The outside looks abandoned. If I go in and it looks like outside, I'll walk out. It looks sad. I called to ask questions inquiring about menu, hours, and possible drive thru, yet no one answered. I wanna patron but it's almost like they don't exist. Google says curbside but how is there curbside but how if there isn't an online presence or a telephone they answer. This restaurant will Not last long like this. I'll give em 2 months tops if they don't get it together. Advertising, refurbished just a revamp in a welcoming, younger, and more modern way. It was a great idea tho

I am confused. All the photos show fried food. When I phoned in a pick up order yesterday, Oct.13, I was told all meals are grilled and come with grilled potatoes, asparagus, peppers and onions. I said sure why not. I was told 10 to 15 minutes and I got there around 10 minutes and waited for 5 more for my food. Grilled wing portions (not whole wings). My wife and I thought it was the best to go chicken meal we had ever eaten. The restaurant looks a little unfinished on the inside, but the cashier was friendly and the spices on the chicken and side of potatoes was absolutely delicious. We will go back for sure.

I have to say this location taste like Harold’s in the city. Food was Hot & Fresh. The order was a nice portion & they give you a lot of sauce which is great! Will definitely return

Never disappointed when I eat here!! Food is always prepared fresh and the wait time is minimal. I have tried pretty much everything on the menu, from the chicken, to the fish, to the fried mushrooms and even the meatless chicken. Everything was great, the owner and staff are excellent and make you feel at home! Would highly recommend to others to check it out!!

Did not give me the cole slaw my dinner was supposed to be supplied with. Staff were terrible. The man who appeared to be the owner had to micro manage the staff. I arrived on Sunday (today) but the door was locked. They were supposed to be open. Checked Facebook and they are SELLING the business. Don't eat here or at Dyer as they are worse.

This is my go to spot whenever I’m in the area. I ordered the six wings they were made fresh upon my order and were a pretty golden brown ?

Late nite pickup. Ordered the 6 wings. Food was good and the Staff was friendly.

Ordered a 1/2 white & a 10 wing every thing was fresh and ready when i pulled up.

The restaurant smelled like burned fish grease and smokey. Now my clothes and car smell like burned grease because I had to wait for at least 10 minutes for my order that was called in about 20 minutes prior.The gizzards and chicken wings had a fish flavor from being cooked in fish grease.The food did not taste like Harolds at all, and not seasoned either. The only thing that was Harold’s tradition was the mild sauce. Other than that, everything tasted like it was just ordinarily prepared by a chicken restaurant. Greatly disappointed by this restaurant. It was a complete waste of over $30 for dinner. I don’t want to even feed my dogs the leftover food in fear they will get sick from the burned, fishy grease.

Wow this food is so good I eat here at least twice a week.. The cook deserves 5 stars???❤️

Had high hopes going to this place for the first time and I am severely disappointedPros: Customer Service was good, the lady in the drive through was niceCons: Food is EXTREMELY bland, fries are almost painful to taste, wings are almost non-existent (Hand for Scale), the only thing with some taste was the shrimp and even that just tasted like salt. Asked for Lemon Pepper on the wings, they missed that.If it wasn't for the nice lady, this would definitely be a 1-Star.Hopefully this location can get better with time.

This was my first time having them and my food was fye.! Definitely was skeptical at first cause my order came up so fast but…… when I finally sat down to eat it was just right.! It seasoned and sauced perfectly just like asked.! Definitely will try them again

This food is so good and fresh.. my favorite is the wing & gizzard combo.. I will certainly come back again❤️❤️❤️
