I went here on May 1st for dinner. I ordered a famous bowl and the Mac and cheese bowl. I was informed they don’t sell the Mac and cheese bowl anymore by the worker. I then ordered an eight piece chicken meal. He ring me up for a ten piece meal. I took it because my family can eat it all so I didn’t mind. I started to fix my family plates and as soon as I pick up the chicken one piece fell right out the skin. The others had soggy crust. The famous bowl nuggets were burnt. I ordered original chicken not extra crispy but I thought it would’ve still been crispy. None of the chicken was crispy. I was highly disappointed. I will never go to this KFC or any KFC again. I reached out and made a complaint and they never reached back out to me. I won’t waste my money and do not recommend this place ever. Also the drive thru set up doesn’t make sense. It’s on a curve and to turn into the drive thru you further away from the speaker. The speaker and window also doesn’t hve an umbrella overhead. It was raining that day and the inside of my car gotten wet due to the speaker and window not having coverage

Burnt chicken, raw biscuits, gravy is so watery. You can be polite and say please and thank you and the employees have a crappy attitude and can’t say anything positive back. It’s just shutting the door in your face.

I guess the madness in the White House is rubbing off down to KFC workers.

I bought the special yesterday strips and chicken with Mac and mash. When I made it home the chicken skin was all off the chicken and when me and my family bit into the meat the chicken was a little pink, the strips looked fine now today my family is sick, I will never shop at this location again hopefully we feel better by tomorrow with some herbal tea and soup. Sorry I usually hate to report but it’s ridiculous

The manager at kfc in South Chicago hts was very rude it was 8:45 they close at 9:30 she sad wouldn’t drop no fresh food so I ask for fresh nuggets and she refused to make fresh food I asked repeatedly service and attitude was bad ass a manager

I don't know exactly is the problem but something taste off on them. I don't know if it's the sauce or perhaps they were old or something. I'll break it down to my experience in trying these new 12 pc. Saucy Nuggets .
The Chipolte Ranch was very salty. Not good at all. But can taste the smoky flavor but was unpleasant to me. Had an after taste.
The Mango Habanero was ok but man if you looking for heat. This will deliver. There's noting really sweet about it them. Flavorful but just really spicy.
The Honey Garlic was the best of them all Was sweet but had a salty taste but in a good way.
Just 2 out of 3 wasn't that good. As said, the Honey Garlic was the best.
