Today, I dropped by long John silvers. I order two fish and shrimp platters. After driving off I noticed that the food was extremely grease and after pinching off a piece it was extremely salty. I called back to complain and here is the conversation I had with the young girl who wanted to apologize for the horrible greasy food, she stated she needed to talk with the cook, with the line open the cook†she must be old†, complainI about grease band salty food, as if people should eat this mess because her sorry uneducated behind can't cook, can't get a real job because of her attitude!! Do what did they do put the phone on hold and began playing g that sorry music in my ear!! Sooo corporate I hope you read this message! You need to close this establishment, fire the lousy cooks and uneducated employees who think greasy food, served with crumbs is exceptionable!!! Never go to the long john silvers in on Chicago Road!! I'm calling the food inspector because the place is filthy and it stinks!!!!!!

No AC, the all you can eat buffet served small chunks of chicken and fish instead of the normal size pieces we usually get during the week. The place smelt foul and even the employees, you know the ppl handling our food, were complaining about the Heat and sitting around in the customer area trying to keep cool. Unfortunately you could see the sweat pouring off of them due to no central air so it was very hard to eat the food knowing how unsanitary the place was

The fish and chicken was good and buttery; the hush puppies were delicious too. I recommend eating it while it's hot.

I was going to eat inside but it was so hot. It was unpleasant so m e and my family left. Food is good. But the place had a bad smelland it was to hot no air conditioning and it's 90°degrees outside and 100° inside. It sucked. Get your air fixed.

Paid over 10$ for what i though was 2 FISH 1 chicken and 3 shrimp. Welp got home and there was no FISH lmao what i pay 10$ for and it smells like a sewer in there. Won't be back!

Cool and trendy place to go. I love the setting and ringing the Captain's Bell to show your satisfaction on the way out. Great fun food combo's. Love it!
This location was friendly and the food was good. One employee even came out and asked how we were doing while we ate. The only issue we had was one employee was on their phone while working and having a loud conversation with whom ever he was on the phone with. But over all good place to eat.

IDK what the heck I just received.... I hope it was baked cod🙅🙅 it didn't even smell like fish!!!!!!!! Maybe they was having a bad night or I was IDK....... I'm not a fish expert but I have fished and cleaned enough fish to know fish when I see it.....the two stars is bc I love their hush puppies....
