Everyone should pay attention to their money. There is no sign making customers aware there is an additional charge when using your credit card or debit card. They will give you a receipt as if they only charge you for your order. In reality they are not giving you the correct receipt. Example: The price of your order is $10, right. The truth is your bill was actually $13. This is unacceptable. I asked for the real receipt of what I being charged and basically was told off. How can you act as if you are charging the price plus tax and that it. When you are charging your customers for using their debit card or credit card. Trying to make me look like a fool. When fact you are the thief. Blind siding customer. I asked for a refund and never return. CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE MADE AWARE THERE IS A CHARGE FOR USING A DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD. YOU SHOULD NOT BE GIVING A RECEIPT THAT DOES NOT SHOW THE TRUE CHARGE. YOU ARE BEING DECEITFUL!!! THIS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS AND EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW!!!!

I just ordered a gyro plate with extra sauce and feta cheese on Uber Eats. I received my food without any sauce...like who eats a gyro without sauce. Then you put some frozen onions in my plate that had the onion juice all in the container because they were melting. This is ridiculous!

Maybe check the bags before sending them out to paying customers, also fresh vegetables would be a plus.

Horrible experience at the south chicago heights location. They accepted my order through my food app and couldn't fulfill the order They waited until my delivery person showed up at the restaurant to have him reach out to tell me they didn't have what I ordered and insisting i oder something else i canceled the order in my app because there was nothing else on their menu that I wanted and my food app still charged me for canceling so I'm out of $30 and no food. The order shouldn't have been accepted if the food items were not available but their business gets paid regardless because they accepted the order immediately and claims order is being prepared but how are you accepting and preparing food that is not available will never order from there again. Should not accept orders when you don't have what's being ordered from your restaurant.
