This is, by far, the WORST Subway location I have ever visited. First, the decor was flimsy. Just bare walls, looking as if someone picked an empty room and set up shop with on the required items to operate. None of the money that's made is that location is invested in the store at all. When preparing my sandwich, the person literally placed three olives and two banana peppers the slathered the sandwich with more dressing than anything.I had so few of each item on my sandwich, I thought I had only meat. The service was performed reluctantly.Do not go back to this location. They need to be shut down.

The workers were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and our order was ready for us to pick it up ahead of the estimated ready time so the overall experience ordering here was great. Both of the sandwiches we ordered were made correctly and were delicious!

The only location I trust, I never have issues with them, they make my sandwich just how I want it.I’ve seen bad reviews from this location but if y’all want extra ingredients pay for them, the sandwich is not closed? Well, how can you close a sandwich with extra of everything, you can still eat it right? Ppl is so stupid and wants to complaint about everything, specially BLK ppl ??

Just had the worst experience ever.I had an online order and came early to make sure it was made correctly,unlike before.The younger male with a strong accent had an attitude while I sat and waited.Then when I said thank you he ignored me and pushed my bag toward the edge of the counter.Will never come to this location again.If someone is giving you business the least you could do is fulfill their order correctly.

The 1st time I went to this location my sandwich was perfect. This time the same guy made my sandwich but it seems like he didn't want to be there. When he was making my sandwich he literally put 3 pieces of spinach on my sandwich n 3 olives. I asked for more and this where the attitude came in. I know they have to follow the ingredients but don't have attitude if I ask for more veggies. Then he only put it in the middle of my sandwich not end to end. This happen December 21, 2022 at 8:30 AM. He did not give me a receipt he literally took the receipt and throw it away. I know everyone have their days but a customer shouldn't know you are having a bad day. I will try again next hopefully it will be better.
Placed an order last evening for delivery. Ordered two footlongs, one Italian BMT and one tuna. BMT was made as ordered however, when I opened the tuna sandwich, there was only lettuce and American cheese! No Tuna on the sandwich whatsoever! I called the subway in South Chicago Heights immediately and tried to explain the situation, but the girls in there couldn't understand what the call was about or else they just played d**** They were laughing in the background and finally one girl told me I would be credited back $18 and it would take 24 hours. Well that certainly didn't happen! I called this morning and spoke to a woman like really could not understand at all and she just hung up on me. I called back and some guy spoke that spoke a little bit better English. He accused me of being a liar! Seriously?? He proceeded to hang up on me.Just an FYI, very careful wish to patronize this particular store! SMH

Very poor service!!!!!! Poor hygiene observed among the staff, Most stuff are not available particularly during lunch-time. They wear the gloves to serve you yet, use the hands with the worn gloves to pick dirty stuff and items from everywhere while your food is in the toast. Worst still, I was served with no serviettes and when asked for some, they have to roll me some paper towels to use as substitute. Customer service is nothing to write home about as all workers appeared tired, over-worked and over-used all the time. I am imploring the City health authorities to carry out an emergency inspection. I don't trust this facility!!!!!!!
