Really dislike having to leave reviews like this, but I can’t let this one go. There isn’t many places that have good service anymore and that’s sad. However we haven’t eaten at Bdubs in ages. I ordered traditional boneless wings and my kids ordered chicken tenders. Well let me just say the chicken wings have always been a little dry, but holy dried crusty chicken. These things were absolutely atrocious. I thought it was only my bone on wings NOPE the entire meal was horrible. Never again.

On 01/25/2025, around 7:15 PM, I placed an order for 20 no-sauce traditional wings and 15 garlic parmesan traditional wings, along with a few small items like ranch, carrots, etc. However, when my order arrived at around 8:00 PM, I only received the 15 garlic parmesan wings.
I called 847-697-5736 to report the issue and explained to customer service that my order was incomplete. The representative put me on hold for five minutes, then returned to offer a refund for the missing 20 wings or to have them delivered. I chose delivery. She asked me to wait again and placed me on hold for an additional 15 minutes. After a total of 20 minutes on hold, she informed me that they couldn’t find a driver and said I’d need to pick up the wings myself or re-order.
When I expressed frustration and explained that this was Buffalo Wild Wings' mistake, and I expected my order to be delivered, she abruptly hung up on me.
This is my second bad experience with Buffalo Wild Wings in just one month.
This kind of unprofessional behavior and poor customer service is unacceptable.
Now, I don’t know if I’ll receive my order or get a refund for the missing items.

Where do I begin? I am currently 8.5 months pregnant, and I kept slipping while trying to walk to the restroom, which tells me the floors weren't properly cleaned. The food was decent but the service was absolutely horrendous. There was a total of 10 customers( not busy at all) Once we were seated i noticed the table was still very sticky from the previous customers. The waitress was very nonchalant and took over 15 minutes to come around to take an order and resorted to sitting on the bench talking with her coworker instead. I was not given any plates apart from the trays everything was being served on. She hardly checked on us to see if everything was taken care of. As of now I don't think I want to ever want to return to this branch.

never going to this establishment ever again server only came up to the table once and by the time the rest of us got our food it was cold i should have just went to wing stop as a sever at a different establishment i would have never done that to my own tables very disappointed
Many people have had some issues with the quality of food here but I haven't had any issues! The burger is very good and their fries are on point as well. Seasoned nicely. The price is normal for sit down restaurants. The waiters are nice too! It is not too busy usually.

Ordered $45.00 worth of boneless wings. 10 teriyaki and 10 Buffalo ranch the teriyaki were dry not real juicy but they were okay we ate them the buffalo ranch were terrible look at the picture they just dumped the sauce on them they were also dry overcooked or left over and they just warmed them up I will never eat a Buffalo wild wings again I knew I should have had from WingStop.
