The manager, Emily, is too busy and does not care. She would rather give a refund than to have the order remade and keep a customer satisfied. Now, I have to trust her that she will process the refund because they did not/would not provide any receipt or reference for a refund. Emily was apparently too busy so the assistant manager spoke to me after Emily ran away. The assistant manager was great. Hopefully she becomes manager soon and I can enjoy Bdubs again if and when I order it.. without it getting cold or refunded.

Placed orders where stuff is missing, once home to go back for fries or extra things we order is very inconvenient and it had happened multiple times, thats why I rather go with Wing Stop.

The food was good, but unfortunately the service fell short. Our waitress didn’t come back to check on our meals, we never received the carrot and celery we ordered, and our drinks were left empty throughout the meal. We understand that things can get busy, but consistent service is part of the dining experience. We hope these details can be improved moving forward.

Will not be returning!!! My husband and I came in for some nachos,fries, and beers. This is the only thing we ordered and as soon as we got home both of us started to feel really sick. We were sick the whole night and the day after.

I never do reviews or anything like that but who evers in charge of the kitchen they better get a hair tie or something, out of the span of 2 weeks the 2 times I came with family I found a hair in my salsa , and the second time a hair in my fries with burger . Buffalo Wild Wings was a place to come and enjoy sports and be with family now a days just feels odd .

Let me just say I always get the best service from Gina I will always ask for her from now on! Have had her serve my family and I 3 times and all 3 were amazing experiences had her serve us Friday night what an amazing young lady!
Did a to go order at 3pm on a Friday. Worst bone-in chicken wings I've ever eaten! Will never go back here again! They were as big as my thumb and overcooked, barely any meat on them. Basically, it was like chicken jerky! Even the potato wedges were tiny crunchy crumbs and overcooked. The celery was bad too! How this place stays in business is beyond me! I supposed for the bar and TVs inside would be the only positive to go here. But DO NOT EAT THE FOOD! Inedible! Waste of money!!! 🗑 🚮
