Careful bartender will try to scam you- long blonde braided hair ... we paid Half gift card other cash and she tried to double her tip by cashing us out with another tip that we didn't give we tipped already. When we caught it she ran right to the back to fix it with the manager, she was not confused and knew exactly what she did. She kept saying she typed it wrong but it was 100% intentional. The manager who fixed it didn't even look or acknowledge us or apologize.

Annabelle provided exceptional service during our visit to Chili’s. She was the most attentive server we’ve had in a long time, ensuring our drinks never went empty and tending to everything we needed with a great attitude. Her efficiency and friendliness made our dining experience outstanding. More servers should be like Annabelle—she is a valuable employee, and Chili’s should do whatever it takes to keep her happy. Excellent service like hers is rare these days, and it truly enhances the overall experience. The food was also excellent, making for an all-around great visit.

Very good service a, food was perfect, and prices are very reasonable!
I ordered without chicken dish and they still made it with in it. They said they would fix it but instead of making a new one and left few pieces of chicken in it, that is what the fixing meant. I am vegetarian and both of order was completely dry without any sauces.

The server Nathan was thee absolute best! Very receptive and informative with the menu. Everything went well.
ryan was our server, we saw him eat fries out of a tray. i don’t think a server is supposed to eat fries out of a tray which is most likely meant for the customer. we were sat next to the employees. we heard a lot of cussing from the employees and our server ryan. please figure out your problems chilis. the only good thing about my visit was the kind waitresses.

We quit coming here 4 years ago and came back for the first time tonight after a friend recommended it. Daniel was our server. He was super efficient, polite, and on top of things. The food came out fresh and hot. Plenty of staff. Looks like we will definitely be returning way to step up your game chili's!!!
