Used to love the food then the store started to cancel my Uber Eats orders despite advertising they were open. I have been unable to order more than 5 times they have cancelled. Poor business model they don’t seem to want to work or assist customers.

So, aside from getting the senior menu upon my arrival (I’m 47) 😒 - they’ve also taken the liberty of including gratuity on the bill for two people. If you read it, it says for parties of 5 or larger, but there were only 2 of us.
Also, not to mention, we waited 38 minutes for our breakfast to be delivered to our table after ordering it . 😡

Have been coming in for breakfast and the food is delicious and the servers are super kind. Today I tried their Dinner menu for the first time including a two topping pizza and buffalo wings and they are some of the best wings I have ever had for a decent price. The owner was incredibly kind to me and my parents and made us feel really welcomed. Definitely an underrated place that deserves much more recognition.
Cinnamon Pancake house does not serve coffee, they serve moments. The baristas are friendly and remember your order by heart. Each cup is balanced, aromatic, and brewed to perfection. The atmosphere feels curated to make mornings bearable. This is a place where coffee and skill collide and leave a mark on your day.

Food was good. Service was terrible. Wasn’t even that packed and took the waitress 15 mins to bring 3 coffees. We waited like 40 mins for our food, no apologies or explanations for anything. No reason why it takes 40 mins with like 7 tables in the restaurant. Constantly had to ask for more water and coffee. They brought out 3 of our 5 meals and the other 2 of us had to wait for 5 mins for the rest. My omelette was supposed to have no cheese, came with cheese, I ordered pancakes that I never got. And then they have the audacity to add a 20% gratuity because we were 5 or more, I tip off service, not because you think you’re entitled to a tip because we “are 5 or more”, and then proceed to give awful service. Coming from someone in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, just terrible all around. Will not be back.
