It was ok, ordered a large bingsoo with extra mochi. I got mostly ice, barely half a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle of cereal and barely a spoonful of bingsoo. Strawberry amount was ok. The drinks were too sweet. Been here before several times and it was made better than this but at least it did have extra mochis! Not worth the $40honestly

Delicious bubble tea! Fast service. Their iced Chocolate Mint tea tastes just like melted mint chocochip ice cream. Was also happy to see a South Elgin location since Schaumburg's just a little too far for me! The entrance to their parking lot though is awkward, it's right behind a BWW--I missed it the first time and almost had to loop around through the main road. Despite that, I will absolutely be coming back.🧋

Did an order for several people at work. Spent around $45 dollars for drinks that we were excited for. 2 of the drinks were supposed to be iced green teas with 1/2 mango jelly. Instead we received 2 teas with whole milk in them. Some of my co workers are very lactose intolerant and can become sick. Kept only one of the drinks and gave to someone else. Went back with the receipt to get the other corrected. Manager Jocelyn refused to remake the order even though the receipt and one drink was brought back. For a mistake that was made on them. Jocelyn said that they could not remake them without bring both back. Needed both teas brought back to replace them. At this point it's very frustrating when I'm taking the time to go back with the drink and with the receipt, and had only asked to remake one! Instead of apologizing for the mistake and remaking the drink she just kept saying it was a new policy and could not just give us two free drinks. Not once did I ask for a free drink, just wanted one of them remade which was brought back. Poor management and poor costumer service.

Coming from an ex-employee at a different boba location/franchise & working in customer service for many years, I was appalled at the service from the girl at the front register. She was condescending, rude and was not willing to assist with a bubble tea that was made incorrectly. She gave us wrong information on the items that were on the menu as well, that made little to no sense. After much back and forth, she told us we had to pay for the bubble tea to be re-done due to wasted product. We will be disputing with our bank, and unfortunately not returning to this store. Such a huge disappointment. (Edit:In regards to my last review, my husband went in twice with the original drink that was made incorrectly because Jennifer at the front was not explaining things thoroughly as to why the tea could not be fixed. No drink was re-made three times, only once and that was when we were charged for it regardless. I’m sure you have video footage to help with said claim. Anyhow, I will not continue with this going back and forth, a dispute will be made with our bank because we did not receive the item we wanted originally/services was not rendered to what we paid for. Enjoy the rest of your night!!)

I was VERY disappointed in the pretend “bingsoo” offered at this coffee shop. If you’re looking to just crunch on crushed ice, this is the place for you, but let’s not pretend that throwing some fruit on it and a scoop of ice cream makes this “bingsoo” …buy the proper machinery to make it if you intend on charging your customers $15 for, I repeat again, crushed ice. Embarrassing.
