We were waiting for 15 minutes for our curbside order. I walk inside the food is just sitting on the shelf and mostly every worker is standing around doing nothing, I asked for my order and also asked how long was it sitting for, she then said five minutes mind you i ordered ice cream as well, I asked for my order to be redone I then here the so called cooks in the back yell out in the dinning area are you serious.I told him yes i am serious then get my food my strips were so over cooked i could barley swallow them this culvers is the worst the workers need better customer service and they need to be retrained or just fired

I got their Colby Burger, onion rings, and a piece of cod. It was wonderful. The Wife got a piece of cod and the chicken salad. She loved it.

We were just at the drive thru. The fries were very salty/drench in salt even when we tried taking some salt off it's still very salty.. also I ordered the original chrispy chicken sandwich and asked for only mayo and lettuce but when we got home there was no lettuce. We have been going to this location for awhile now and this is the 3rd time same issues. My order AAA7HMW8ALC8 #105

Slow day with very little traffic but still waited 20 minutes for food. Others in drive thru got their orders before receiving ours in lobby. When we got our food, order was wrong (missing double butterburger) but we had already left to get to our destination.
Too many people standing around and just conversing about how one got a paper cut (went on for 5 minutes). Probably not ordering from there again.
Friday Fish fry night. The fish here is soooo greasy. Done coming to this one. I realize they are trying to feed a lot of people as it is a very busy night. Different Culver’s? the one in Elgin is better fish fry. Not as greasy. Why?

Horrible here...50 50 chance when u use the app they won't bring ur food out curd side..then after u go get in line and get it- they don't think oh wow, we should remake it bc its soggy Luke warm etc.. Seriously wen ai robotic servers bc its time.

Went threw drive threw order was short oinion rings shrimp dinner had very little fries but they could send some young girls to the car to solicit for a softball team to deliver my order to vehicle very disappointed!!!
