Would never recommend anyone go here. They give me a faulty cup with a hole in it ends up spilling all over my car. I go inside to try and get some napkins and speak to a manager. I was promptly ignored until I directly go up to someone with a cup with hole in it and sprite spilling out. They then give me paper towels as I go clean it up after doing what I can before it freezes (-10 in IL) I go inside expecting the manager to do something to make it right. The kids tell me he can’t speak to me and the best they can do is a new sprite. Don’t recommend anyone going to this location what complete unprofessionalism

I’ve been going to this Culver’s for a long time because it’s closest to my home but the last, at least 5 times, I’ve been there, they’ve messed up my ice cream order and I’m starting to think it’s on purpose. I don’t normally write reviews, but I genuinely have never had worse service at an ice cream shop. EVERY time me or my husband have ordered my ice cream through the drive through they don’t get it right, and then even when we ask them to fix it they still don’t… which is unbelievable. I ask for a create your own dish with 1 scoop chocolate, 1 scoop vanilla (2 total scoops), and m&ms, and I get something different every time. Either 1/2 scoops of each, or no m&ms on vanilla ice cream, or strawberry ice cream instead of choco/vanilla, or toppings other than m&ms.. I genuinely do not know how this happens every time. I’m at the point where I won’t go back, very disappointed with this Culver’s.

Did on line order only to get told item wasnt available when i arrived . Not happy went to the culvers that had item showing jalapeño cheese curds then told not available and had to sit and wait for order to get done.

First time coming here today and I will definitely come back. My 73 year old mother got stung on her hand while we were eating in the parking lot and ending up dropping her sandwich. The manager was so kind and gave us a nice size bag of ice for her bee sting and they remade her sandwich fresh for her. The whole staff was exteremly friendly and kind and the food was amazing. Thank you for you wonderful and kind serve! Made my first time experince very pleasent considering the situation... The bag of ice helped my mother so much! Thank you kindly

We were waiting for 15 minutes for our curbside order. I walk inside the food is just sitting on the shelf and mostly every worker is standing around doing nothing, I asked for my order and also asked how long was it sitting for, she then said five minutes mind you i ordered ice cream as well, I asked for my order to be redone I then here the so called cooks in the back yell out in the dinning area are you serious.I told him yes i am serious then get my food my strips were so over cooked i could barley swallow them this culvers is the worst the workers need better customer service and they need to be retrained or just fired

I got their Colby Burger, onion rings, and a piece of cod. It was wonderful. The Wife got a piece of cod and the chicken salad. She loved it.
