I spent an hour waiting for my pizza (tracking it in their app) during thay whole hour my pizza was being "prepped". I drive to the location to find out that my food has not been prepped or cooked. So I went home and made a pizza instead, it probably wasn't as good but I didn't have to wait an extra hour wait for my pizza.

I’ve visited this Domino’s location multiple times, and overall, it’s been a great experience.
On one occasion, I received a pizza that wasn’t baked properly. However, when I brought this to their attention, the staff handled my feedback very professionally and offered my next order on the house.
Great customer service and a dependable spot for pizza!

Time is money. They wasted my time but still took my money. Poor management. Uninterested staff. It should not take multiple customers piling up to realize the order screen is not refreshing and you are way behind. An 11 minute order took 80 minutes to prepare. Zero apology from the staff.

Amber, the manager has EXTREMELY POOR customer service. After having received deliveries in the past, I placed another order and received a phone call from her saying they would not deliver because I was out of their radius. When I contacted the corporate office that was not the case. I am within radius, their guess was she didn’t have a driver. Not a great look lying to customers Amber. To boot, she was extremely rude on the phone telling me it was my fault for placing the order, not when your online system assigned it to the correct store. I didn’t choose to order from your store.
I have always loved Domino's pizza and their awesome staff who make the pizza, but unfortunately fell for the free pizza scam. Even if Domino's says you got 90 points=free pizza, don't fall for it. You pay only for the crust and cheese on it. The toppings will make you end up paying their regular price.

For cheap but delicious pizza, Domino's is My jam. I love every pizza I've gotten from dominos and it's so much cheaper than other pizza places. It's only slightly more expensive than something like Little Caesars, but it's a whole lot better. Back when I was in college I hated Domino's, but they have totally stepped up their game and become my go-to pizza place. Well done, Domino's. 👍
