If i could give this Dunkin 0 stars I would. I have been going to this Dunkin for the past year, only because it's the closest one by me and on my way to work. Management SUCKS I asked the young man for his managers information and he said he could not give it to me. They mess up orders CONSTANTLY, I have literally gone back to return my coffee about 5 times in the past year, There is this chick who has MAJOR ATTITUDE PROBLEMS, on Sundays two younger kids work and they claim the latte machine doesn't work...EVERY SINGLE SUNDAY!! Super slow. I will officially stop giving my money to a business who clearly does not care about their customers.

went to the drive thru and the male staff who took my order was impatient and told you “you kept changing it” referring to my order. when in fact he could have just clarified the order in a professional manner. Very Unprofessional definitely won’t recommend this place.

Dining room was so dirty, service was rude, couldn’t see a menu with prices for donuts and munchkins so I had to use my phone. The few times I’ve been here, I’ve been entirely disappointed!!! Never going back

Ordered through the drive thru. Fat Lady at the window was rude to me and my husband when it came to paying for our food. Husband payed with Apple Pay and she saw we were paying with Apple Pay and had the nerve to question if we were paying or showing her a QR code so unprofessional. Never coming to this location again she could’ve approached the situation in a nicer more professional way and not been so snarky about it. Y’all better do something about your customer service with these employees. This happened today 12/7/24 at 10:30am.

The drinks are always great, and the customer service is always good. HOWEVER, there is an AWESOME and complete above and beyond worker that deserves some sort of raise. I don't know his name but he has such a personality and makes the drink with love!! Me and my boyfriend miss going there just to be helped by him. Curly hair and outgoing personality. We wish this location the best.
