The older blonde woman working at the drive through window was absolutely unprofessional, rude, and needs to find a different job. We wanted our coffee remade and instead of remaking them she turned around to mock us to her coworkers and insinuated we were lying about our coffees tasting like straight milk. Won’t be coming back here, there are better Dunkin’s with nicer staff. Don’t waste your money.

The little girl Ariah that took our order was very unprofessional! Not only did she not make our order correctly, but then told us to wait out front for the rest of it. Then after 8 minutes of them not coming out, I went in and then when she tries to charge me again and I said this has to be a joke of Dunkin, she proceeds to tell me, I don't have to shop there. For HER mistakes. When I come back to pay keeps looking at a coworker smirking and laughing. If you can't hire, good help.. Your location will go under

I neverrrr leave reviews, but the old woman that works at the drive thru window is always rude for no reason. I come here all the time, and this has happened on multiple occasions. She always has an attitude. I usually just let it go since she’s older working a drive thru window and I feel bad… but I’m tired of it lol

They only gave me half of my order and said that’s all I was charged for, even though I had to repeat myself at the speaker. When I asked if they could fix it, they said they had a long line and I could go back and wait again. The part of my order that I did get and paid for was made incorrectly. It was a very disappointing experience.

Saturday morning I came in here usually every Dunkin’ I go to every body seems in a rush. Jose took the time and even recommended a cold brew his style my new favorite drink moving forward.
Person who takes orders in the drive thru apparently has cotton balls in his ears since he can never hear my order and always gives the wrong order on the screen. I don’t have time to repeat myself several times. Also know your menu if you’re gonna work somewhere…Don’t have this issue in other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. Don’t waste your time going here unless you hear the nice ladies voice on the other end. Wish I knew her name to give her thanks for handling a morning rush like a champ.

If i could give this Dunkin 0 stars I would. I have been going to this Dunkin for the past year, only because it's the closest one by me and on my way to work. Management SUCKS I asked the young man for his managers information and he said he could not give it to me. They mess up orders CONSTANTLY, I have literally gone back to return my coffee about 5 times in the past year, There is this chick who has MAJOR ATTITUDE PROBLEMS, on Sundays two younger kids work and they claim the latte machine doesn't work...EVERY SINGLE SUNDAY!! Super slow. I will officially stop giving my money to a business who clearly does not care about their customers.

went to the drive thru and the male staff who took my order was impatient and told you “you kept changing it” referring to my order. when in fact he could have just clarified the order in a professional manner. Very Unprofessional definitely won’t recommend this place.

Dining room was so dirty, service was rude, couldn’t see a menu with prices for donuts and munchkins so I had to use my phone. The few times I’ve been here, I’ve been entirely disappointed!!! Never going back
