Mini bagel bites were still cold I asked to extra toast it. The tornado twister sparked drink was no flavor at all. Will never come to this location again! Service was not the greatest either.

Only reason for the one star is that they are always running out of food because the owner won't order enough and every week they seem to run out of sausage patties, the syrup for drinks or ingredients for their food items

Today September 17 2023 approximately 6:50 am I went to buy a coffee and the manager named Paola asked me where is the Mexican flag I said I took it off my car and she said if I don't have I should get out the line and saw my puerto Rican flag hanging from my car mirror and told me to take it off and trough it in the garbage she was really rude and while I was speaking to her she closed the window in my face I would like to address this issue cuz I called asking for a manager and she stated that she's the manager

Girl working there is like on another planet. I asked for a medium latte with extra shot of espresso, got frothed milk with barely any coffee taste. Asked for sugar on the side, had to ask for it when she handed me the coffee. Had to ask for stirrer. I wanted to get 2 dozen doughnuts, was trying to tell her what kind and how many, she wanted to first charge me without checking if they have enough, which they didn't. There was nothing positive about my experience here and to top it off, the girl was very slow and seemed to not know what she needs to do.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Grown adults working with some nasty attitude. I had Changed my mind on a sandwich and one of the workers is cussing about me to the other employee right in front of my face. At least say it to me directly. Honestly glad that I changed my mind because if they could care less about good service then food safety is not there either.

So I’ve been to this Dunkin’ twice within the last 2 weeks and I’ve notice when I order a large cold brew I get it black I can see the ice and the light from the other side as if it’s deluded with water. When I get my coffee at another location it’s black and can’t see through it. I believe it to be deluded and doesn’t taste the same. Pretty sad if you’d ask me
