Ordered a drink for 10:30 and came out 20 mins late. What happened to the old crew of the Hispanic lady and the red haired lady they had this place running like a well oiled machine this new crew is slow and the the drinks are worse don’t go to this location

Very friendly service but the wait was a bit long but also I think because she was by herself. Anyway came to try the Sabrina Carpenter dreamers, omg they were SO gross. Very chalky and left a bad after taste.

Just went thru drive thru. Ordered 25 assorted munchkins. They put them in a bag(not box). Only 20. The total was $15.40 - I gave her $16.00 and she didn’t offer me my change. As I drove away I told her to keep the change. Crap!

Weekend staff is horrible. Only giving it two start because the weekday staff is amazing all orders come out good. But today Sunday my order was horrible. Wish I could post my food 😢

This was by far the worst Dunkin’ food I’ve ever gotten. $27 to receive cold sandwich’s, undercooked hash bites that were stuck to the inside of the bag and a wad of crumpled up napkins that someone threw in the bag with no regard. At this point Dunkin has lost my business. Whoever manages this location should be fired. Absolute trash. America is definitely not running off this Dunkin.

I used to love coming here but has gone down in the past month. Workers and managers are rude. I got a bagel and the egg was moldy, food has constantly been moldy at this location. So disappointed because it wasn’t always like this.So sad tbh.
Just like many other reviews have mentioned already. They are closed before 8:00 pm which is their stated time online. Update your closing time.

Went at 7 and the girls working stated they are closed. It’s ridiculous as they are suppose to be open until 8PM. It needs to be fixed! Either disclose publicly you’re closed at 7 with new hours on the windows or make sure the staff actually keeps it open!

Usually have no issues here but today I ordered a cold brew and received it with chunky cold foam in it ??? it wasn’t until I got to work, sat down & that is when I noticed it. I had to toss the entire thing. I’ve been ordering this for weeks now & have never had the cold foam look like this!
