I used to love coming here but has gone down in the past month. Workers and managers are rude. I got a bagel and the egg was moldy, food has constantly been moldy at this location. So disappointed because it wasn’t always like this.So sad tbh.

Went at 7 and the girls working stated they are closed. It’s ridiculous as they are suppose to be open until 8PM. It needs to be fixed! Either disclose publicly you’re closed at 7 with new hours on the windows or make sure the staff actually keeps it open!

Usually have no issues here but today I ordered a cold brew and received it with chunky cold foam in it ??? it wasn’t until I got to work, sat down & that is when I noticed it. I had to toss the entire thing. I’ve been ordering this for weeks now & have never had the cold foam look like this!

Do not place a mobile order here. They will not give you a refund! I arrived and what I ordered they did not have in stock. Sold out of everything and said I have to call customer service which is closed on the weekend.

If I could find the PC number, I would've left a bad review for their GSS score but I couldn't find it.
