I ordered a large hot caramel craze latte and loaded hashbrowns. It came without whipped cream and they used the toasted white chocolate swirl instead of caramel. My hashbrowns only had 7 and there was barely any bacon on them.

Went yesterday and ordered an iced vanilla latte with whipped cream. I received an iced vanilla coffee with cream. I didn’t realize until I drove away because I just thought they forgot the whipping cream but was very disappointed to realize I had the wrong drink. Tried again today and ordered on the app to try to have the correct drink. I was given a hot drink when I ordered an iced, and none of the toppings that came with the drink (whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and cinnamon sugar) were on mine. I explained to the girl at the drive thru that I ordered it iced and she said she had already made the drink and there was nothing she could do. Would rather make the further drive for Starbucks and receive my correct order and better customer service.

Good donuts,coffee and service! Really clean in there too. Did wish it was a little more kid friendly though! No high chairs or changing tables made it a little tough for us so we’ll probably stick with drive through in the future.

Absolutely ridiculous. Placed a mobile order, drive 6 miles to the location and they are closed before their posted hours! The service here was already horrible and it just gets worse. It's a franchise, which says a lot.

Stopped on a Saturday just after noon. Drive-thru was super busy, so I went inside. Still a great selection of doughnuts available, even so late on a weekend day. Customer service was friendly and efficient; the person helping asked what size box I preferred for the number I was ordering - very helpful!Doughnuts were really fresh! This will be our go-to for Dunkin products when we're in the mood for sugar!

Manager was barking orders at the employees while I was at the window, highly unprofessional. Probably why they neglected to give me a knife for my bagel, no napkins, and didn't toast the bagel the way I requested. I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with him.
