Service is always a 10/10! Special shoutout to Jr, Christian, and Carmen for always providing fast, efficient, and kind service. These 3 always go above and beyond and are always doing their best when working.

Ordered Avocado Toast, Hash Browns, and a bagel. Was given bread with a thin layer of avocado, not toasted, no seeds on top, served to me in a sleeve, and not the box so all the avocado that was barely on there was on the sleeve instead. Didn’t get my hashbrowns ended up having to turn around from the drive-through and go in to ask for a refund, before I even finished my sentence, the young lady said “ I know, do you want me to remake it?” Which I said no, I just want refund, I’ll go to a different Dunkin. then she got annoyed and threw the bag aggressively in the garbage and went to go get change.
There’s no need to give me attitude when there is a mistake. I said it nicely as I could, shaking because I was so anxious. This is my first time having an issue with this Dunkin, but after that experience, I don’t think I’ll ever go there again .

Website says it’s open until 8pm but I get there at around 7:30 and they always say they are close.
took forever to get my food and i get home and find a weave in my sandwich this is ridiculous made me wait all that time for hair

This is the slowest dunkin in the world & they always get your order wrong ..
Dirty filthy place look like cockroaches in the corner flies were hanging around with the donuts were and the Shelf I walked out send the health department over there it's very gross

Something needs to be done about this Dunkin.Egg & cheese wraps are always burned.
They should change the ice coffee batch every morning because it’s ALWAYS stale.
They need to prioritize the customers instead of standing around doing absolutely NOTHING. IF you enjoy wasting time till they choose to take your order this is the perfect spot . But if your in a rush or just expecting for this joint to work like it should good luck . Yall have cameras and yet still can't keep up on a slow Morning.

Coming here a week straight. Very untrained staff. Shouldn’t take 8 minutes for coffee and hash browns.
The short thin Indian lady is annoying. No sense of urgency. Takes her sweet time. Every time she’s there it takes forever to get a coffee or a sandwich and it’s ALWAYS wrong. Never fails when she’s there and I go almost everyday. She shouldn’t be at the window.

Took 30 min to get my order, I've never waited so long for a coffee in my life. I tried to cancel my mobile order thru the app but there was no way. Finally got to the window, got a halfhearted apology for the wait. I've worked in retail, I'm normally the farthest thing from a Karen, but come on. Give me a free donut or something for that ridiculousness! They did finally give me a cash refund but that took another few minutes wait because they had no idea how to issue one. Don't even bother with this location!
