Every visit here feels like pulling teeth. Employees have no customer service skills and are slow as molasses. Don't come here if you're in any kind of time constraint. Food is okay, coffee is hit or miss. And $10 + change for a breakfast sandwich and large ice coffee is super ridiculous.

I have given this place numerous chances. The staff messes up my order every single time. I ordered a wrap without bacon & of course they add bacon (this happened TWICE at this location). I ordered a lightly toasted multigrain bagel with veggie cream cheese and they burnt the bagel + added regular cream cheese. They also never have multigrain bagels (no matter how early you go) and the app does not reflect this. Another time, they did not have any has browns for their new hash brown wrap. The service is also TERRIBLE. I have never been to a slower Dunkin Donuts. The staff moves super slow and appears very unmotivated/unaffected by the fact that they are giving terrible service.

Slowest store no matter how busy. Sometimes 10 to 15 minutes. With Bartlett Rd being closed this is the closest one on my commute. They havent been offering Pumpkin coffee (syrup) for over a week now online. Very disappointing. They need better management.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Almost 30 minutes in the drive through. I asked if they were short staffed. They said yes but there were easily 6 staff members there.
This is the slowest Dunkin around. The kids, yes, teeange kids that work there, move like molasses and have no intent to move like they are actually working and need to service customers. They either need to get additional employees to make up for the slow ones, or fire and rehire people that realize they actually need to move their feet with intent to get their job done properly! 25 minute waits in the drive through are absolutely unacceptable, and when you order on the app, you can't cancel.

I come to this Dunkin every morning and all I can say is as long as Mari and Yessi are there, these two young ladies make a difference on everything, service and even coffee tastes better. Seems like the new crew are unhappy with their job always with an attitude. Kuddos to these two ladies that still care for their customers.

Lol this is the worst dunkin ever and they are still fairly new to opening. Never ever get my order right, or dont communicate that they are out of something so they swap stuff without talking to you. Their coffee is never made right or mixed well. Its a shame because its nice having this right near the neighborhood.
