If you haven’t been here before then you are missing out. Their shakes taste like a full dessert in a cup, but are only 200 calories with 25+ grams of protein. We got the banana pudding shake and it was outstanding! Their teas are also very yum with almost zero calories, no sugar and 200mg of caffeine. Perfect before a workout or work session.

Some additions I think they could add would be a seating area and a punchcard for loyal members. This looks like a fairly new business so please show them some love to help them grow!

I randomly came across this place while searching for a quick snack in the area. I decided the best thing to do was get something healthy instead of fast food.

Once I came in, the male that was on staff helped me so much. He was very welcoming and even went through the whole menu for me. The store is very clean as well.

They had a tea & smoothie combo, which sounded perfect for my long day. So I chose the banana pudding protein shake and the Pineapple & coconut tea. Everything was very tasty and filling so I will definitely make my return some day.

Love this hidden gem in South Elgin. I discovered this place about 6 months ago. Andy is very knowledgeable, kind and gives back to the community. He invited the Varsity Flag Football team to receive complimentary drinks before one of their games. He truly is passionate in what he does!

I went in for the first time today and Andy bought great service. He answered all questions that I had, and even found out the carb count to my iced coffee. I recommend this place if you are looking for a nutritious drink!
