Don’t say you take Apple Pay. I get to the establishment and it is not accepted. I’d rather go to Lou Malnati‘s so upset. I don’t even know how to think straight.

The food is great. The service is not.
The old lady here is rude. I made an order for a curbside pick up. The instructions say that once you’re in front of the restaurant, call them and they will bring out your order so I did just that. I called and said I am outside for a curbside pick up. The lady goes “curbside pickup?” as if those were foreign words. Then she tells me she doesn’t see anything for a curbside pick up. I told her I could give her my name which I did. Then she mumbled something and said she will have it right out.
When she came out and gave me my order, she goes, “just so you know we’re not doing curbside pick up anymore”. So why is that an option on the website? Doesn’t make sense. Seems like something this location could choose to opt out of if they so chose. So it seems to me that she just didn’t wanna do her job.
But again, the food is great which is why I give it four stars.

I was in Elgin Illinois for the weekend for my daughter basketball tournament and we went out for dinner and we chose Giordano's and it was the best pizza I ever had and to top it off I had two wonderful drinks call the Mexican mule and the server was so cool I don't remember his name but like say best pizza ever

They made us wait in our car 20 mins after they said our pizza would be ready and they said nothing about the delay. They acted like they could care less.
Update we took the pizza home and it was raw. Again customer service was abysmal and told us to just throw it in the oven. They would not even refund the pizza but stated their only option was a restaurant credit.

This location has its hours listed online as closing at 9 am. We arrived just before 8 pm and we're seated. We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 salads and a desert cookie.
Our pizza was delivered to our table about 8:40. Just as our pizza delivered, the last few guests arrived and we started to try to enjoy our food. Don't get me wrong, we love Giordano's and have a guest from out of town who we bring once per year to have Deep Dish.
This year we received a lecture about how there are cooks and dishwashers who want to go home - saying we came in late and we received a huge attitude from our server. They said the dining room closes at 8:30 and we were there to late. What? It says 9 online. The server snarled that's pickup only and it says it online and on the door.
YOUR PIZZA TAKES 40 MINUTES TO COOK! Don't seat people at 8 pm and then lecture them because you want to go home. We spent $300, no joke and we git a nasty attitude for our troubles.

I just found out that Giordano's serves Ketel One. Now they have excellent pizza and excellent vodka!! We will be back more often now.

The Manager needs to chill or get fired. This is not the first time that she has been rude to our family/friends for this same issue. The last time we were there, we arrived close to closing time but our waiter said we were in time for the kitchen. When we were leaving, the manager came to our table. Instead of saying, “Thanks for eating at our great restaurant”, it was “Our staff needs to go home”, like we were at fault for not eating fast enough. On multiple occasions we have arrived later in the evening and ordered when the kitchen was still open and ready for our order. Yet we have been treated rudely by the manager for overstaying our welcome every time. We will not return.

Okay, so, we've ordered from Giordano's plenty of times. I have no idea why tonight was such a mess. We tried to place the most simple order. Salad and deep dish pie. The person who took our order didn't ask for a card number after she repeated the order back to me, incorrectly. I corrected our our order, and she still didn't ask for a card number, and ended the call. So, I called back, asked her if she needed the card number and she said yes. I gave her the card number and told her for the second time that we also have a $3off coupon. She says she's needs the card number AGAIN to apply the coupon. Meanwhile, I was literally looking at my account and it shows we were double charged. I told her to cancel the order because we were concerned that our order was going to be incorrect based in the experience we were having on the phone.Here's the best part, I talked to the Manager and she claims that she was standing next to the girl who took the order, and it's not her fault bc if there's a pause while someone is speaking, the CC machine won't process the payment??? Like, what does that even mean?! The manager's attitude made me feel like I was the one who made the mistake. She sounded so angry and inconvenienced.We love Giordano's, but we won't be ordering from this location ever again.

Best pizza I've ever had!
Pizza tastes like frozen pizza. There is absolutely nothing special about their pizza. Maybe that's not their specialty, and I just don't know.
