The restaurant won't serve you at 8:25 p.m. if you try to dine in. We were told that they close the dining room at 8:30 p.m. Employee said it was close enough to 8:30 p.m. Closing time is 9:00 p.m.

I have glaucoma and I ordered on line and somehow ordered bacon instead of pepperoni. So when I arrived and was told my order I was confused but the girls offered to remake my pizza. I did declined as it was my fault so they gave me a container of pepperoni. Great customer service even when its your mess up not theres.

We order from Giordanos quite a bit. Or we stop for lunch on a Saturday. Food is always great and the service is fast and friendly. Tonight we ordered the new Tavern style pizza for delivery. Giordanos hit it out of the park!! Hot crisp and delicious!! If you haven't tried it, run dont walk and order some pizza!

They guys there were great. They took my order even though it was late and the brought it to me even though it was out of their area. Thanks guys. Guy in the phone that took my order. Not sure how the food tastes because the lady weekend manager put her hand on my pizza and I refused it. I requested another after waiting 2 hours let them know I would like the check. Had to wait some more time with only 5 other people dining in. Then I asked for manager the older lady stated she was the manager she stated that I should have eaten the pizza AFTER she put her hands in it. I did want a pizza to go but the wait was longer and she did not apologize nor try to accommodate for putting her bare hand on my pizza. Our regular waiter was polite and pleasant but not the manager. After I payed the check via card as my party and I was leaving the lady manager comes and says “this is wrong you did not leave a tip” as there is CASH on the table. My guess she was like this because perhaps we are Black. My blood is boiling. The dismissive and disrespectful service we received from the Manager was unacceptable. And perhaps she should treat everyone that comes into a well know family establishment the same no matter their race. It is sad that my son had to experience this at his young age and I had to apologize to him. I do NOT recommend this Giordanos to anyone as the treat was not fair!
