Not sure how the food tastes because the lady weekend manager put her hand on my pizza and I refused it. I requested another after waiting 2 hours let them know I would like the check. Had to wait some more time with only 5 other people dining in. Then I asked for manager the older lady stated she was the manager she stated that I should have eaten the pizza AFTER she put her hands in it. I did want a pizza to go but the wait was longer and she did not apologize nor try to accommodate for putting her bare hand on my pizza. Our regular waiter was polite and pleasant but not the manager. After I payed the check via card as my party and I was leaving the lady manager comes and says “this is wrong you did not leave a tip” as there is CASH on the table. My guess she was like this because perhaps we are Black. My blood is boiling. The dismissive and disrespectful service we received from the Manager was unacceptable. And perhaps she should treat everyone that comes into a well know family establishment the same no matter their race. It is sad that my son had to experience this at his young age and I had to apologize to him. I do NOT recommend this Giordanos to anyone as the treat was not fair!

I've always loved giordanos. This location in south elgin is a nice place you always feel welcome going there the atmosphere is relaxing and friendly staff. Ill admit they are a little pricey but its delicious pizza the deep dish

Good italian food. I got the pasta and wasn't disappointed. We got the pizza previously and that was good too.
Loyal customers for many years, we ordered online and were missing the marinara sauce with our mozzarella triangles appetizer. My wife called and spoke to manager Jeanette who was belligerent, accusing my wife of not ordering the marinara sauce. Here’s the receipt showing that marinara sauce was ordered. We are owed an apology.

Giordano's was always my favorite. I ordered a large pizza all sausage half onion, pepper and mushroom. I added a ceaser salad and I asked for a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi. $85.00 talk about price gauging. This is the smallest pizza I've ever seen. I won't go to Giordano's ever again.

Went to this location after learning the Algonquin location was closed. As always, the pizza was delicious. I want to make a special shout out to the server. I was very hungry, she recommended the lunch special. I am so grateful that she did.

Pizza is great! Takes an hour for deep dish, so they got u there for dine in for an hour, then bill shows over $11.25 for a large beer! Damn! Lower beer prices would be nice! I mean $22.50 a person BEFORE the pizza even comes out! Ouch!
