Ordered 3 hot subs. Pickup time was 4:23 but received our food until 4:50. Apart from that, two of the subs had breads switched up with the extra meat on the wrong one as well. I’d understand if there was a nasty rush at the time, but there was literally only 2 other people ordering in-store and one small bag mobile order on the counter. Very dissatisfied.

Shout out to the lunch crew today! It was insanely busy during the lunch hour rush with people coming in to order, mobile orders and drive thru. I worked an environment like that in my younger years and I know the pressure you guys were enduring. You kept your composure, communicated well and assured your customers you are working as diligently as you can. If any customers were upset, they just dont understand. I waited a bit for my mobile order but I didn’t care. You guys did great. So Thank you!

YouTube ranked them as the best sandwich shop around so I tried them out. Best blt ever. There was an ingredient that gave it a little twang. I think it was some kind of vinegar but it really made the sandwich better. Well done!!!!

Came in and got a sandwich from one of your workers Pete. Very very very good customer service and honestly made one of the best sandwiches i have ever have. He made me laugh with a joke and made my evening. Definitely got a good employee and worker! Definitely a keeper! Recommend Pete!

Delicious, high quality sandwiches for a fair price using freshly sliced meats, crisp toppings and bread that's been baked to perfection. Excellent customer service provided by their incredibly accommodating employees who seem to take the phrase customer service with a smile quite literally.

Thanks for being a great person… about 2 months ago I had another great experience with her and also Dom, who I think is GM and also a newer female employee who had just transferred and cooked up my philly steak, they were getting crushed on a Sunday and did awesome… so I’ve been visiting more recently and it’s just like the danny devito commercials and wanted to say I appreciated that moment as I avoided this location for awhile after not receiving the best quality and service years ago. I forward to coming through every time now!! Thanks!!!
