Did their drive-through on 12/18 and 12/20, ordered 3 sandwiches each day, and they have gotten 3 out of the 6 wrong! Of course, we don't find out until we get home. Today, it took just over 40 min to get through the line. NOT IMPRESSED!Just noticed I didn't get a receipt. But it is irrating that when I do, they no longer put your loyalty points on it anymore!

I had a horrible experience! I believe the worker was upset that I ordered at 8:40pm and tried to poison me! I'm currently sick because of the service that was provided to me! I love this restaurant never had a issue until last night. I will NOT be returning to the place ever again!

We've been coming here almost every week on Tuesdays, before we go to the movies, for a couple months now. The food is ALWAYS delicious and fresh. Everybody that works here is super friendly, but I'd especially like to compliment Dom and Rashaad! They always make it a point to talk to us, ask about what movie we're seeing, or just how our day has been. I really appreciate that. We'll definitely keep coming back!

The #13 original Italian on Rose Mary Parmesan bread with bacon and lettuce and mayonnaise only I highly recommend. It's also my favorite Sub sandwich shop. The service is amazing. The ambience is good as well.

Food is usually pretty good, but past couple of experiences haven’t been good. I always get the Philly with some additions. Last time, the grill was shut down a half hour before closing time. I tried one of their cold sandwiches since I had no choice and I wasn’t impressed. Don’t get me wrong, it was good for a deli sandwich, but not much different from other places.
