Paid extra to add turkey to the Billy Club sandwich. No turkey was added, and for some reason, there wasn't any lettuce on the sandwich as well. Freaky fast but unfortunately wrong.

Every time we order from here it takes forever. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get our food. Nor did they follow our delivery instructions. Also to note there barely any meat in our sandwiches. I took 3 bites with no protien whatsoever which makes sense seeing there’s only ONE PIECE of each meat on the sandwich.. last time we ordered from here it took 2 hours and we didn’t even get our drinks. Till another 2 hours later

I have not been at JJ in a long time, I really liked their sandwiches. The sandwich was good, but did not meet my expectations from the past. To me it seemed as if the ingredients & seasoning were less.
