Who ever was running the window this morning where u pick up the food, that lady was so rude, when I place my order I said I want orange juice in a big cup like were they serve the regular pop and they put it in a normal one, when I told her I have ask for a different cup she said do you want me to put it in the other one then I said it’s ok like that and she just close the window without saying anything else, plus I also found a hair on the food I ordered, it’s disappointing cause I always go there and I have never experienced something like that, the manager from the morning he is always very polite I don’t know his name but he always makes sure everything it’s good

Just because the app says this location is open and accepting orders doesn’t mean it actually is. Line of 6 people outside this location at 5:30 in the morning because they aren’t open yet even thought they are “24 hours” and the app says they’re accepting orders. I know the bar for McDonald’s is low, but this location makes even the crappiest McDonald’s look impressive

Have avoided going to this location for the longest time for overall bad experiences. And this reminded me why not to return. McRib is back, ordered 4 with no onions (food was cold, 1 still had onions, 2 had no pickles). Ordered 1 as a meal and asked to substitute drink for McFlurry and pay difference. Was told "that's not allowed at this location." Ordered a happy meal for my daughter, no toy or book. Requested buffalo sauce, none in bag. Young girl taking order was rude. Just horrible experience and again a reminder to myself why NOT to go to this location.

If I could give it 0 stars I would because why did I just have to force myself to eat some old fries old chicken nuggets old chicken sandwich and my bf food was stale as well not only is the food old but it’s 4 am and you guys don’t have your receipt machine working so I don’t even have proof of my order this is the third time this happens waste of my hard earned money because your employees are lazy and I used to be a manager for the McDonald’s on Randall in ELGIN!!!! Y’all suck so bad anyway letting everyone know don’t go here GO TO LARKIN
