This is the worst experience I have ever had, some old man refused to give me a cup of water even thoe I was dying of thirst, this McDonald’s has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, as you can see by all the other 1 star reviews , this place should be shut down imedailtiy this place sucks .

Sat in drive through for almost 30 min because I used thr app and already paid. Once I got to the window, my food was handed to me and then for some reason had to wait 5 more.min for my Dr pepper

What is going on? I come here every day for a Coke because you were the best around the last few weeks the quality is complete crap! What has changed? Whatever it is will hurt your location really bad if you don’t figure it out and fix it!

Been going there since they opened and I say they were the best around till this younger Manger Women Just Flushed down mine and my company along family business over $34 that was coming back to me. I guess she needed more for her. Also tell me park in number 2 and not busy at all and leave me out there for 40min like I'm stupid when I came in you knew what was going on you said you be with me in a min. You just trying to play a fast one

Must have new night manger or staff food took 20 mins to get and when I got was cold asked them to remake and they brought out a sealed bag. Staff did not even offer explanation just stared at me. Then I got home and my order was completely wrong and missing items. I tried calling store and phone turned off. Never have had an issue but today was something else.

Who ever was running the window this morning where u pick up the food, that lady was so rude, when I place my order I said I want orange juice in a big cup like were they serve the regular pop and they put it in a normal one, when I told her I have ask for a different cup she said do you want me to put it in the other one then I said it’s ok like that and she just close the window without saying anything else, plus I also found a hair on the food I ordered, it’s disappointing cause I always go there and I have never experienced something like that, the manager from the morning he is always very polite I don’t know his name but he always makes sure everything it’s good
