Drive thru was fast but burgers were sloppy AF. Greasy and the buns were chewy. The Coke was awesome but the sweet tea was flavorless and definitely NOT sweet.

Counter service is VERY slow every time we go there They are not very friendly and make you feel that they are doing you a favor. Joe on the other hand is so friendly and makes you feel that he really is happy that you are there.

Drive-through person couldn't speak clearly. She was mumbling, and then when I said excuse me, she became annoyed and had an attitude. Left without ordering. Prices are also higher than other McDonald's

I ordered 2 Krispy Kreme donuts. Almost $6. Absolutely not worth the money. Get some fries instead. Last time I was at McDonald's, I ordered the double chicken and I got home and it was a boring ole Big Mac. So disappointed.

My wife went to the bathroom, and a woman had an accident in there, she asked for help and several times she came out of the bathroom in just a sweatshirt, the workers spoke badly to her, they treated her badly by returning her to the bathroom, she was there for a long time and no one wanted to help her, the food I was supposed to bring it to my table and it never arrived, I had to go for it after a long time, the only and last time I eat at this place.

Place has been slipping lately... I used to pick up big bags of breakfast sandwiches in the AM to share with coworkers, but stopped because it takes longer than ever and I end up late for work. I'd order with app so they know I am coming and for a while it was convenient, but not when it began to make me late waiting 20+ minutes.... not to mention my orders were messed up the last 3 times I went through drive thru.....

I’m mclovin the fact that the workers can’t read the order screen. My order was wrong 2x within my drive through experience for lunch on 6/25/24 from my kids happy meals and my sandwich.
