Just had a wonderful experience here. The place was very busy but despite the long wait I was watching the workers work so efficiently and quickly. Eric was so kind to all the guests especially through the stressful dinner rush and Jordan was also very friendly and efficient at the register. I truly am so pleased to see the work ethic and customer service was so well presented. I feel like it’s been on a downhill slope since Covid in most restaurants so to see this was very refreshing and reassuring!!!

Lied and told me hot orange chicken is the same as regular, despite the big ol signs saying they had hot orange chicken, and its tag being on the slection area. They had none. Then, they lied about it!
Called customer support and they didnt give a shit either. They didnt even ask where it happened, which i called them out for on the call lmao. Company is trash now. Go elsewhere.

When me and my son first came to this place, the moment we stepped inside, the air smelled of delicious Chinese food. There were nice pictures displayed on the wall and the employees were nice. Something that I loved was how helpful the employees were. When my son wanted a drink, one of the employees let him taste test each one to determine which one he liked. Also, they were really helpful when ordering takeout, telling me the food names and what they are made out of.

My family and I walked in on a busy Wednesday night with a pretty decent line, but Eric and his team kept the line going soo quickly! Watching as a bystander and watching this crew worked as one and got every customer everything they asked for without hesitation. I didn’t see a single customer looking annoyed, mad or frustrated. Everyone walked out with a smile! As someone who has worked in the food industry I know how easy it is to be over looked and I just have to give a big shout out to this crew tonight! Way to go!

There’s a very specific vibe to a place that makes you feel welcomed when they have employees that are motivated to help you and communicate with you like a close friend. I feel like they’re all my BFF’s here. Awesome employees who have great customer service. I wish I knew their names but still we’re like 🤞. Food is always buss and they serve you really good idk if I’m biased cus I love Panda Express but even for not coming here often, having no idea who will be working, they always carry this energy that they WANT to help you get the best experience, and that attitude is soooooooo appreciated. Really does make your day. If you can’t afford therapy just come here and order a meal. Mfs here know how to make you happy.
Jordan and Tony are a good team at front. After 12 hour work days I get here right before closing but Jordan has helped ease my stress the past couple times. Tony was also exceptional, both have critical thinking skills around customer service.

I ordered cubs meal with chow mein and orange chicken via uber eats . I got only chowmein and no chicken .
