Younger girl employees there are very unpleasant laughing and looking at the customer’s whispering amongst each others that they don’t give the order out right, not paying attention.

As a single father, I have no option of changing my toddler in the resturant . They only have a changing table for women’s bathroom which I find ridiculous. In 2024 you would think they would accommodate men and women to be able to

Today I placed my first order here, and unfortunately they gave me everything wrong, it was clearly not my order, I had a bad experience, I think I will look for another location or other options

1 Had to wait for food. 2 Food delivered to table, opened the container and saw that it was not what I ordered. Asked what it was and told it was the steak, not the chicken ordered. 3 They took the food back behind the counter and scooped it out of the tray and put it back into the serving line bins and added the correct item to my container. The food was served to my table, was opened at my table, then returned to the bins with fresh food. Question safety in returned food being added to fresh food. Does the health department support this.

I ordered online, tip was mandatory, and there was no teriyaki sauce,

I called to let them know there was no teriyaki sauce on my teriyaki chicken, I was politely made aware that the sauce is supposed to be requested, and that the chicken is marinated in teriyaki

( I imagine this happens a lot and it wouldn’t cost much to just add the sauce with out request),

the manager was very polite and the portions are great and the timing of the food arrival is good.

Ordinarily,a great place to drop in for a quick meal. Unfortunately, they were out of several dishes, including fried rice and chow mein. Hopefully, next time I visit, they will be keeping up better.

I went into the restaurant with my brother we weren’t greeted no one said anything to us for like 10 minutes we just left if that’s how you act when customers come in imagine how the food is made.
