Ordered drive thru 3/6/25, they forgot the salad dressing. Called the store since i live 15mins away and manager said she apologize for the inconvenience and instead of going back to the store for the dressing she offered a free meal on my rewards account that she said I could use on my next visit. Went again 3/7/25 and asked to redeem the aforementioned free reward, per Amy the manager it's not on my account and that they do that once a week. So frustrating they dont have a word of honor, and on this drive thru order that I did today, they forgot some more items. I have to wait again in line. I will not recommend this place. They have no values. Their services have gone down and has no standard at all. It's sad, prices has gone up and but the service tanked down. I will not be surprised if this place will shut down just like the other ones.

Unfortunately, there has been something wrong in the past few orders I’ve had. Either a side was missing or incorrect, the bagels were not slice and toasted (despite indicating), if I requested to remove an ingredient on a sandwich, sometimes it would still be there, and in another instance, when I ordered a bowl size for soup it was in cup size. I understand errors can occasionally happen on orders, but these repeated mistakes are unacceptable.

My mom had just come in to pick up an order. They had told her multiple times that the order would be there if it’s ready and they had ended up mixing it up for someone else’s. Took an extra 15 and the food was ice cold when I got it. Terrible job

I ordered a tomato basil blt. what a disappointment. 3 tiny pieces of bacon. it was more of a tomato and bread sandwich. and for the price. wow!! so sad!

Food was fresh and service fast. I loved the lemonade, and I also noticed the sddition of cold brew to the drinks. I was impressed with the genuinely friendly customer service from everyone. Athena was patient and accommodating while taking my order, and she was also efficient by attending the tables and other tasks on the floor. Great experience overral.

This location's drive-through was actually very fast, unlike other Paneras I've been to. Associate was very nice, smiled which is rare. I got the Baja bowl and it was perfect. Brownies are great but they need to make more of them!
The little tomatoes in the Greek salad were on point today. Thank you Kevin for accommodating my extra dressing request. 10/10

Always a Panera fan. Good food, made fresh. The South Elgin morning manager, however, seems to be making it a habit of arriving and unlocking the door in the morning, either at the same time as the customers are pulling in the parking lot OR even later. Someone there needs to train the manager there to get there earlier and BE READY FOR THE CUSTOMERS AT THE OPENING TIME. I get it if it happens once, but it seems this is the new normal. Another suggestion is that they use the Pick-up Parking Spaces for the drive-thru. It would make things flow better - and honestly that's what those spaces are for.

The service was horrible I waited for a pick up order for more than 40 minutes that was already ready to pick up way before the people working there have no clue or sense of urgency they are doing just messing around and making their own drinks in the back and eating infront of people do better
