The costumers were being loud not letting us hear my moms work meeting , but somehow we are the only ones who were bringing disruption we tried lowering the volume but the employee kept saying it’s a problem ,
This felt like a racial personal attack because the white costumers weren’t getting her attention only us as Latino people . It’s unfair
That we fixed the problem and we were even told that we were going to get

Time I recall Panera isn’t a library were it should be silent .

Athena checked us out was very friendly and funny, and she also served us at our table voluntarily without us expecting her to, or us knowing that was an option! Food and coffee was quality and glad was an open option and friendly place during the holiday season to visit with family and friends!

I went in to Panera on a fine fall evening, expecting a nice tomato soup. When I walked up to the counter, I was greeted by the most pleasant, no, extraordinary smile from this short little man. His name? Robert, maybe Richie. I forget. I asked for the largest tomato soup he could give me, and he told me I had wonderful taste, but the Mac and cheese was in season, and my taste buds would be much more satisfied by 3 Mac and cheese bread bowls. Hear me when I say this, my heart fluttered when he took my card from my hand. And when he brought the Mac and cheese with a flush in his cheek and a glimmer in his eye, I tried to make the interaction linger. I quickly took a bite while he was still at the table, and the Mac and Cheese, well, it had a certain panache to it… it was bursting with flavor, a hint of salt, a pleasant tang. It’s as if I had been waiting my entire life to try this delicacy. I can’t wait return once again, and meet the eyes of this very helpful employee and his delightful Mac and cheese.

Ordered drive thru 3/6/25, they forgot the salad dressing. Called the store since i live 15mins away and manager said she apologize for the inconvenience and instead of going back to the store for the dressing she offered a free meal on my rewards account that she said I could use on my next visit. Went again 3/7/25 and asked to redeem the aforementioned free reward, per Amy the manager it's not on my account and that they do that once a week. So frustrating they dont have a word of honor, and on this drive thru order that I did today, they forgot some more items. I have to wait again in line. I will not recommend this place. They have no values. Their services have gone down and has no standard at all. It's sad, prices has gone up and but the service tanked down. I will not be surprised if this place will shut down just like the other ones.

Unfortunately, there has been something wrong in the past few orders I’ve had. Either a side was missing or incorrect, the bagels were not slice and toasted (despite indicating), if I requested to remove an ingredient on a sandwich, sometimes it would still be there, and in another instance, when I ordered a bowl size for soup it was in cup size. I understand errors can occasionally happen on orders, but these repeated mistakes are unacceptable.

My mom had just come in to pick up an order. They had told her multiple times that the order would be there if it’s ready and they had ended up mixing it up for someone else’s. Took an extra 15 and the food was ice cold when I got it. Terrible job
