My card got declined because of an unexpected fraudulent charge. I apologized for the inconvenience and asked to cancel it. Instead, they were giving me a hard time. While I was checking my accounts on my phone they were whispering about me (completely unprofessional). When I asked to cancel it and apologized again they just gave me a dirty look as I left. Nothing kills my appetite like horrible service. Would not recommend.

I ordered over the phone, I’m 30 min away picked up my order there was hardly anyone in the restaurant and that’s fine by me. However, by the time I got home I noticed my order was missing items I requested i.e corn, tempura flakes asked for salad got rice. I called and all I got was I’m sorry we were very busy. First of all it didn’t look like you were busy and even if you were that is no excuse for messing up my order. Needless to say I will never go there again poke west way better than this place.
