Nothing. Nothing like this culinary adventure, with an expertly prepared, high end, flavorful dish served on eclectic tableware. No boring cuisine here. European twist or American standard dishes elevated!! 4 inch high French toast crisped, that crunches on the first bite while the custard soaked center in the brioche bread dissolves into a fluffy, yet creamy bite. ? Pesto chicken crepes showcase sun dried tomatoes and a wowser garlic aioli...So much more to explore!! Good natured service and occasionaly a table check-in by Chef Matt wrap up a very nice culinary experience.

This place is INCREDIBLE!!!! I love Polish food, I have literally been dying for a place nearby. This is a 3-5 min drive for me. The amount of food you get for the price is impressive. The food is SO tasty! I got the Pierogies, I also got the polish Sausage and sauerkraut. As a side also ordered the potatoes. This was easily 3 meals for me. I have never had sauerkraut made like this. It was sweet yet had a smoked flavor to it. This is my new favorite spot. The potatoes were so good so much flavor! I did not expect to be super impressed with potatoes, but I was very. The Pierogies were delicious. The sausage was cooked perfect. I cannot stress how good the sauerkraut was. I have gone back multiples times now. I want to try it all. Before I came here I read the reviews and saw someone whining about the owner making a joke…. And the owners response to them made me want to come here even more. Respectable people! I 1000000% recommend giving these people your business.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Red Poppy Bistro! The food was like homemade recipes, and you can tell that Chef Matt is extremely talented and makes everything from scratch. The customer service was phenomenal—definitely a 10-star experience. Our server, Cathy, was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely awesome, far superior to the usual fare you get from chain restaurants. Red Poppy Bistro is definitely a great place to check out, offering one of the best European flares on Randall Road. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing menu. Such excellent food. Kathy was our server and we had a wonderful time. The portions are very generous and you will want to take your leftovers home and enjoy them again. Wow! I wasn't expecting food this good in Elgin of all places. This place is an absolute gem and I urge you to go check it out. I've had my fair share of Schnitzel in my lifetime and their pork Schnitzel was the best I've ever had. It was perfect, thick and juicy with a perfectly fried coating. The portion is enough for two meals and the price for what you get is very reasonable. The sides were also pretty damn good. The menu is extensive with a variety of options. They also have a full bar. Our server today was Kayla, she was awesome and super patient with my dad who asks a million questions. Chef also stopped by our table to make sure we had a great experience. It's so exciting to have a fantastic locally owned buisness with amazing food in my hometown. This stuff literally didn't exist when I was growing up here. I can't wait to come back when I visit!

Great selection of food to satisfy any craving! The pierogis were yummy with a side of kapusta amd cucumber. So glad I ordered it! My friend had french toast..big chunks of french bread! She loved it!
The service was excellent and we were warmly greeted when we arrived. There was steady flow of customers in the 2 houts we were there! It's very obvious they care about their customers and their food. I can't wait to go back and try their chicken pot pie!
