My partner (who is celiac) and I used to go to our local Red Robin all the time, then some changes were made to the kitchen and management and they were no longer willing or able to accommodate her dietary needs.
We had gift cards to Red Robin still and were bored on a Saturday night, and decided to utilize the gift cards for some drinks. Ended up driving 45 mins for a Saturday night cruise to this Red Robin location where we started talking to the Manager John.
Turns out John was very knowledgeable about Celiac (his friend's father is celiac) and informed us of their procedure and their kitchen setup. We proceeded to dine in and enjoy some food along with our drinks.
Needless to say, my Partner was overjoyed to find out that we are now able to enjoy the wonderous place that is Red Robin again! YUMMMMM

The restaurant was fairly empty tonight. But service was still appt on for everyone there. The manager went around asking each table how their meal was!

Service was lacking. Burger was the Banzai, used to have a nice slice of pineapple, now it is a sliver that is thinner than the cheese slice.

The last month our group of 10 have had two visits with amazing food and service at Red Robin in South Elgin. Each time, reception staff were friendly and seated us quickly. With a full house, managers stopped over to check in and even brought more food to the table. Sami, our waitress both times, was very attentive and checked in often - even with a packed restaurant. The temperature was adjusted for us, too.
Right upon entering with a large birthday cake, they offered to refrigerated this without even planning to ask the restaurant. After eating the great food for all 10 of us was clear, extra plates and birthday celebration were provided practically effortly.
No joke about bottomless sides, friendly and on target staff here! Excellent experiences from entry to exit ~ both times! Awesome work South Elgin Red Robin!!!

Came in early. Service was friendly and fast. Everyone here is kind and seems to take pride in their work. Christine was lovely and did such a great job. Will definitely be coming back!
