Have had a bad experience & will not return. Our dinner ( a birthday celebration, party of 6) was interrupted about 5 minutes after receiving our food. There was a fire in the kitchen & fire dept was called. We were told to evacuate & waited outside more than an hour. Asked our server to retrieve our personal items, while we waited on a bench by the parking lot. She brought out our meals (now cold) that had been sitting out in the open, uncovered, all that time. Then brought to-go boxes & our checks. We asked for some compensation since our dining experience was ruined. The server conferred with the manager & reported he would take only 20% of our bill. I did not want to make a problem that night & further ruin the celebration. Contacted manager afterwards & cannot get him to respond more than a week later. To be fair, the server did her best under the circumstances.

We have been to this restaurant plenty of times and have always enjoyed it. Yesterday we went and ordered the Fish Fry. Sooo disappointed. We have ordered it several times before (before pandemic) and it was always good. This time that was not the case. It was 90% breading. When it came to the table it looked like there was 3 huge pieces of fish. Once the breading was taken off, there was very little fish. We were extremely disappointed. We will never order the fish again that way. Next time we will request no breading. We still like the place so we will still go there, but they need to correct this. The service was good and people are friendly.

In general, a good restaurant. Busy and slow but my big thing was a 1/4 inch of breading on the fried fish. Had to remove some of it to taste the fish.

When this rest. first opened, the food and service was awesome. Both have hit rock bottom. I would not recommend this restaurant since there are so many others in the area to choose from. I’m still waiting for the refund I was promised after getting my food cold and subpar in quality and taste.

Clean and the waitress was friendly. Lost money on slots but that's OK I guess.

Service was almost nonexistent. If I didn't call over the Server multiple times for things we needed we would never have seen him. Our food was taking a long time and when I called him over to find out what was going on he told us the kitchen was backed up and he had no idea when it was going to come out. There were 5 of us and 4 of us ordered chicken fingers; they were extremely over cooked. They are also much smaller than at other locations. When I asked the Server he said they looked like they always looked to him. One of us ordered a burger which was very good. Caesar salad was great. Onion strings also overcooked. I would not recommend this location. We go to the Carol Stream location monthly and have never had any bad food or service. We have also done catering on numerous occasions. We were babysitting in the area which is how we ended up at this location.

Amazing place Great atmosphere. Everything was well maintained. Great Services. Best place to meet friend and to chill. Food was delicious. Perfect lighting.

Great bar section. I liked the wide collection of drinks.

This spot is my preferred one. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The team is very attentive and the cuisine they cook is so fresh and tasty. I am always happy to have a decent dinner in this restaurant. Highly recommended.
