I just used the South Elgin Rosati’s location to cater the entrees at my daughter’s graduation party. I was very pleased with the beef but quite disappointed with the chicken tenders, fried chicken and pasta. I believe they were baked too long and were a bit tough and dry. The fried chicken was nearly black in color. I was kind of embarrassed to serve it to be honest. I won’t be using this Rosati’s to cater chicken and pasta in the future and will just stick with ordering...
Good pizza, good service. -1 star because the manager has a sign up that says if the front desk staff gives out discounts they will have it taken out of their check. Unfortunately that's illegal, and I don't personally support that type of intimidation. Fire them if you want, but you can't deduct their paycheck legally without their consent.
Pizza Disappointing. Dry (needed more sauce), lacked flavor & bacon tasted old. Salads were nice. It was ready on time as promised.
